Nice quiet area, location - nice park 1min walk.. Had all accessories needed, comfortable sleep, nice rooms.

More cost effective for 4 people than staying in a hotel.
The noise of the trams woke us all up several times.
In the attic room there were no blinds or curtains which meant the sun shined in the window and the room was too bright from 6am
