Lovely, clean and spacious house
Lovely house, very spacious, had everything we needed. Host was brilliant, very approachable and great communicator. This was our second time staying here and it was absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay her again.

CHARGED TWICE FOR SECURITY DEPOSIT
I like the location of the apartment. Checking in was easy, but I was charged twice for the security deposit and have not gotten a refund.
​I was charged a £200 security deposit twice, totaling £400. After my stay from August 3rd to 8th, I was told the refund would take up to 10 working days, but I have not received it. I have contacted the manager, Osato, multiple times about this issue, but she has not resolved it. I advise against PAYING THE SECURITY DEPOSIT or suggest finding another apartment.

Super comfortable. Everything needed was available. Very neat and spacious in a lovely environment. There was a co-op nearby for anything we wanted. My entire family loved the house. They also loved the games available to play

Perfect weekend stay
This accommodation was perfect from start to finish, the host kept great communication and the property was easy to find. Plenty of shops nearby and a Sainsbury’s round the corner. There is ample parking on the road but we luckily got both our cars on the drive. The property itself is clean modern and spacious with everything you could need, it also has a lovely garden. The beds were so so comfortable and we slept like a dream. Everything is close by and cost £8-£9 to under to the centre. We had no faults with our stay and would book again. There is a rather friendly cat that tried to get into the house a few times

No shower cream in the bathroom, the bathroom was very clean and tidy.
