Only thing that wasn’t straightforward was the entry system but we got there in the end

Right next to arndale centre on market street so very central

1. TV did not have all freeview channels (apartment 11) - bit annoying when World Cup is on and wanting to watch results of makerfield by-election 2. TV apps on tv were not connecting, more annoying for same reason. 3. Unable to connect my iPhone to tv via airdrop on second night there (first night was ok it worked) so that’s a hatrick of annoyances about tv. 4. Great having AC in living room area as it was hot, would have been even better having one in bedroom too instead of the fan. 5. Unclear if I ordered a takeaway whether I would be able to buzz them into main entrance to come up to 4th floor of in PJs - it did not appear it would have been possible from instructions. 6. Pre-check form was a bit annoying admin that you don’t get in most other places.

We had a lovely stay at this modern apartment in Manchester city centre. The location was excellent, and the apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable.

There was a minor issue on arrival as the PIN code didn’t work, but after calling the admin team it was resolved very quickly and their response was helpful and efficient. The only small downside was that one of the cupboards had quite a strong smell of spices, which seemed to transfer onto the cups stored inside. Aside from that, everything else was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d happily stay here again.

Amazing location. Super easy to find and right in the heart of the city. The beds were quite comfortable, and everything was clean. Super spacious apartment.

A few things: - A deposit of £150 is required after booking and needs to be paid via their app and not booking.com. It's in the terms and conditions, but they are not easy to find, as they are not on the main page of the listing. - The apartment is RIDICULOUSLY warm!. Even with the heating off, the apartment has huge windows that cannot be opened, so the living room/kitchen gets very warm. There were fans available, but they didn't do much. Air con would be amazing. - Needs maintenance. Scratches on the walls, stains on the chairs, faulty bathroom mirrors. Everything needs good upkeep. - Weed smell in hallways and main building, which is unpleasant
