# Hotel Review Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I had hoped. The bed was very uncomfortable, and I could feel the springs through the mattress. The hotel was also very noisy throughout the night, with guests repeatedly slamming doors at all hours. The hotel's entrance was in an alley, which was neither welcoming nor convenient. In addition, there were not enough cooking utensils in the room, making it difficult to prepare meals. Overall, several areas could be improved to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable for guests.

The sofa bed was mildly uncomfortable but learnt the second night to just go to the bottom of the bed

Property was really clean inside, great location, stocked with essentials. Very spacious and comfortable to stay in for longer periods of time.

Rats at night outside coming in but can’t really be helped in a busy city. It is down an alley way but it’s well lit and a safe entry system. Bedroom had no windows which in the heat was not great, although a fan was provided it was still too humid to sleep great.

Amazing location. Super easy to find and right in the heart of the city. The beds were quite comfortable, and everything was clean. Super spacious apartment.

A few things: - A deposit of £150 is required after booking and needs to be paid via their app and not booking.com. It's in the terms and conditions, but they are not easy to find, as they are not on the main page of the listing. - The apartment is RIDICULOUSLY warm!. Even with the heating off, the apartment has huge windows that cannot be opened, so the living room/kitchen gets very warm. There were fans available, but they didn't do much. Air con would be amazing. - Needs maintenance. Scratches on the walls, stains on the chairs, faulty bathroom mirrors. Everything needs good upkeep. - Weed smell in hallways and main building, which is unpleasant
