Spacious 3 bedroom apartment on Manchester's famous Canal Street, sleeping up to 9 guests. Just a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly station and the tram network. Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, Smart TV with Netflix, fast WiFi, and a dining table seating 8. Pet friendly. MASTER BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE

Two king-size beds with an en-suite bathroom featuring a full bath. A generous room with plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring the city.

Fully equipped with everything you need to cook from scratch, including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Tea and coffee provided.



DINING AREA

A dining table seating 8, great for group meals or spreading out with laptops.



BATHROOM

Walk-in shower with toilet. Shower gel, shampoo, and fresh towels provided.

Canal Street sits at the heart of Manchester's famous Gay Village, one of the most vibrant and welcoming neighbourhoods in the city. Bright rainbow flags line pedestrian-friendly streets filled with independent bars, restaurants, and lively venues. By day, canal-side tables spill onto the cobbles. By night, the area comes alive with music, drag shows, and themed evenings.



The apartment is just south of Chinatown and within easy walking distance of the Northern Quarter, Sackville Gardens (home to the Alan Turing memorial), and the Rochdale Canal towpath.



Manchester Pride, one of the biggest Pride festivals in the UK, takes place right on the doorstep each year.



Whether you are here for nightlife, culture, sport, or shopping, you are in the middle of it all. Restaurants, museums, theatres, and the Arndale Centre are all within a few minutes on foot.

TRAM

St Peter's Square Metrolink stop is around a 3 to 5 minute walk. From here you can reach Manchester Airport, the Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford, MediaCityUK, and the rest of the city centre without needing a car.



TRAIN

Manchester Piccadilly station is approximately 5 minutes on foot. Direct services run to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Edinburgh, and most major UK cities. Manchester Oxford Road station is also around 5 minutes away.



This location is one of the easiest to reach by public transport from anywhere in the UK. Two major train stations on your doorstep means you are well connected whether travelling for work or leisure.



PARKING

Paid parking is available at Sackville Street car park, just behind the apartment building. The charge is around 18 pounds per day and you do not need to book in advance.
