There were some old stains on the bedsheets but everything else clean. We also had issues with the hot water, it was only lukewarm.

Very good for a group with 3 separate bedrooms, very well located a short walk to the northern quarter.
There was limited parking so one of our 2 vehicles had to park in a public car park.

Perfect sized property for my family . Modern , clean , well-equipped property located close to Manchester City Centre with secure underground parking . Staff responded quickly to enquires and were helpful and flexible . Would stay there again .

The booking process was a bit complicated, done via WhatsApp & there was a surprise £200 security deposit I had to pay before I could gain access to the property.

Ok. The pictures are not correct to what I booked, there was no walk on balcony at all. Just a door you opened and a railing in front of you. Also the living room is so small and in the pics it shows a different and bigger one. The staff denied all that it is the same argument. Then the security deposit and take pics of your self multiple times. Very long procedure, but we got past that. Parking is more than parking out side in the next tower. And checkout at 10.am. Really I would never again book with them. To check in 2 hours early was an extra charge I paid.

The building is very secure and very safe, location is 5 minutes walk to Picadelly Garden/ station, communication is very easy with quick response 24/7 👍

The images on booking.com, false advertising!
Due to new build the structure of the building has caused the windows to no longer be flush causing constant cold draft and noise from the main road directly outside. Even though the apartment has the operators sign off the apartment before guests stay I have to say that the apartment was beyond dirty! as you can see on the images every utility in kitchen was thick full of grease! Kettle still had water in it! Months worth of bodily hair on the pillows, bed sheets, shelves, floors and of course the towels!! The towels also came with multiple stains which you wouldn’t wash your lower half of your body with never mind your face! a random women came to check the apartment and spent the time trying to justify why the apartment had hairs like it was normal, why my fingers were black after running them along the kitchen side like it was normal! was offered to check the apartment upstairs as a alternative but politely declined as this was twice as bad! kitchen was a absolute disgrace and window draft was worse then the apartment we was in!! conclusion is that we checked out immediately the next morning leaving one day early! now this is where it gets interesting… because we checked out early they classed it as a no show with booking.con meaning we weren’t able to leave feedback 3 months later here we are… now leaving feedback due to us winning a settlement with the company after a long wait!! not adequate for families and especially our two year old, might be a coincidence but let’s say after the stay she wasn’t 100% and spoilt our Xmas…. avoid at all caution! The authorization checks you do before they accept your booking should be enough to set the alarm bells that you are locked into this booking and legally not a lot of room to get money back if you have a compliant

The building was new and the apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. It has great appliances and was set up well for cooking.
The bed mattress was substandard - very thin and you could feel the springs.

Too strict, too many rules, should be more flexible with guests, I arrived early, you could tell the apartment was ready, they made me wait until exactly check-in time to let me in, silly

unfortunately the housekeeping, they aren’t qualified and not professional, the first two weeks the cleaning was good but the last two weeks weren’t good at all! also, the wifi connection hasn’t worked for 4 days!!

Location was a 10 minute walk from Picadilly Gardens and maybe 5 minutes from Northern Quarter. Good neighbourhood with many options in regard to restaurants, grocery stores and cafes. Additionally, the technical staff was very prompt on request and the cooperation with the administrative staff was vey smooth, as we could pick up our keys from the concierge even at late hours.
First of all, the thermostat was impossible to change and, as a result, the temperature was unpleasantly high for the middle of summer. Secondly, the time of our arrival coincided with the beginning of a construction site just outisde our window. The noise from said construction site could be heard very loudly when the windows were open, which was quite often due to the faulty thermostat.

stayed in B115 apartment, builders look straight into the apartment from over a building site right outside the widow, site has only just started so I had to have the curtains shut at all times, blinds would be a good idea. continuous noise coming from a cupboard upon arrival, fixed the next day after I complained, shouldn't have been let like this , obviously didn't check the apartment was ready to let, this meant I didn't sleep on the first night and no compensation for this was offered at all. confusing parking instructions, told 1B parking space, should have said park in block B, bay 1 and that block B is on your left as there are no signs to tell you which block is which when you drive to the underground parking. £200 damage deposit, not sure what sort of client's they normally have but if they insist on it it should be refunded the same day you check out, no idea when I'll receive it, made sure I video'd everything on arrival and departure. picking keys up from a shop rather than just collecting them from the on site concierge, I could go on.

when I checked out, I was billed for a new table, although it was staggering to my settlement and I could not use it.
I was told that the team of cleaners checked the furniture every week and the problem was discovered only after I moved out, but this is absolutely not true. Very disappointed with this service. I do not recommend dishonest handling of the deposit.
