What wouldn't you love about staying in our spacious 4 bed town house. With a large open plan modern kitchen, dining and living area you have plenty of space to chill out and unwind from you busy day/night in the city Free parking at the town house is one of the many bonuses that comes with our city centre space along with verified superfast fibre WIFI internet and one of the best locations, just walking distance to the vibrant Northern Quarter or busy shops along Market Street.

This stunning townhouse is brand new and kitted out with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay and a home-from-home feel.
LOCATION:
With such a fantastic location there’s no need to get taxis anywhere. The whole city centre is accessible by foot and we're only a five minute walk from Piccadilly Station.
PARKING:
We have one free parking space on our driveway and there’s more paid parking 2 minutes walk away which is £6.50 a day.
4 x SPACIOUS BEDROOMS:
all bedrooms have brand new comfy beds with fresh linen and towels for each guest. There’s also plenty of storage for those staying for longer
LIVING ROOM:
There’s loads to do in the city but when it’s time to relax there’s no better place than in our living room. Sit back and relax on a sofa and enjoy live TV or complimentarily Netflix and chill. Our WIFI is 70mbps superfast fibre so you’ll have no issues streaming on all your devices.
KITCHEN:
the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home including blender & cafetière. Cosy night in but don’t want to cook? Order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.
UTILITY ROOM:
You’ll find an extra sink & washer / dryer machine. We’ll also leave a cot here for families
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, just let us know - we can often accommodate for a small additional fee. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we’ll send all the details ahead of your arrival.
You’ll receive a digital guidebook with all the key information you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions, and how everything works in the property.
