Luxury 4 bedroom townhouse with free parking in the heart of Manchester city centre, just five minutes on foot from Piccadilly Station. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is perfect for families and groups who want space to spread out. Four spacious bedrooms, three modern bathrooms and a home from home feel throughout. The whole city centre is on your doorstep with no need for taxis. Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.
The Space:
This stunning townhouse is brand new and beautifully finished throughout. The large open plan ground floor has a modern kitchen with everything you need including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The dining area seats the whole group and the living space has a large comfortable sofa and smart TV.
Bedroom one has a king size bed. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has a double bed. Bedroom four has a double bed. All bedrooms have fresh linen and towels provided. There are three modern bathrooms.
Free parking is available on the driveway for one car. Additional paid parking is available a two minute walk away.
Travel cot available on request for a small additional fee of £15, just let us know before your stay.
Guest Access:
You will have full, private access to the entire property for the duration of your stay.
Check-in is from 3PM and check-out is by 11AM. You can conveniently check yourself in, and we will send all the details ahead of your arrival.
You will receive a digital guidebook with everything you need for your stay, including WiFi details, parking instructions and how everything works in the property. You will also find our handpicked recommendations for the best places to eat, drink and explore, complete with handy links so you can book ahead and make the most of your visit.

Manchester Piccadilly station is just a five minute walk away, with direct trains to London, Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool and most major UK cities. This makes the property incredibly easy to reach from anywhere in the country.
