The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to Aria, a beautifully converted two-bedroom, two-bathroom mill apartment, located in the heart of Manchester city centre. The property features open-plan living, thoughtful interiors, and a well-equipped kitchen, all within easy reach of the city's most iconic landmarks. This apartment sleeps up to 6 guests.
Kitchen & dining
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. Wine glasses and a full set of dishes and silverware are also provided. There is a dining table, ideal for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
The cleaning kit includes washing-up liquid, one dishwasher tablet, one washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth, and bin liners.
Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, all fitted with blackout shades for a restful night's sleep. Hangers, clothing storage, and fresh bed linens are provided throughout.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. Complimentary toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, alongside bath towels and hand towels.
Living space
The open-plan living area is designed for comfort and connection. Sink into generous seating and enjoy the flat-screen TV after a full day in the city. A dedicated workspace means business travellers are equally well catered for.
Home comforts & safety
In-unit laundry is taken care of with a washer, dryer, and a drying rack for clothing. An iron is also available. The apartment is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. A Minut noise decibel monitor is in place in the communal living space - this is not a recording device and monitors sound levels only. An exterior security camera is positioned outside the front door and is monitored 24/7 for guest safety.
Location & parking
Aria sits in a prime central Manchester location, placing you within easy reach of the Cathedral, Arndale Shopping Centre, and the National Football Museum. A public car park is located adjacent to the property for guests arriving by car - please note that charges may apply. The apartment is situated on the first floor, accessible via one flight of stairs. Please be aware there is no lift, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility requirements.
Aria also welcomes pets. Self check-in is available via a smart lock, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated.
Please note that complimentary items are provided as a one-time courtesy and will not be replenished during your stay.
Please be aware that as a city centre apartment, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.

Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Other optional extra's are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as mini-bar and fridge stocking, private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-in's, late check-outs, and much much more.
This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £20.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
