Great location, clean and value for money.

The location was perfect, close to most things in Manchester. The apartment was spacious, two full bathrooms are available there. The beds were very comfortable and clean. It has a full kitchen set up, even providing tea and coffee. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious with ironing facilities too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, perfect apartments and location

Spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. Had everything provided (and more) that we needed. Plenty of amenities very close by and very vibrant area. Short walk to City Centre. Multistorey car park short distance from apartment (which I prebooked), so useful to know.

Excellent location and stunning interior and amazing value.

Was in town for Sam Fender with a group of friends and this place was IDEAL. The location is fantastic. The hosts were very instructive on getting in to the apartment and answering any additional questions we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Location, very central for us. Comfortable, well set out. Very clean. Plenty hot water for showers.

Excellent value for money

Location was amazing. We had multiple restaurants and coffee shops on our doorstep. The accommodation was excellent value for money. It had everything that we needed including iron and a hairdryer, as well as kitchen utensils, pots and pans so we could cook our own dinners. The rooms were very clean and the bed was really cosy. The check in instructions were also very detailed. Overall we had no issues whatsoever and were positively surprised given that the place was couple hundred pounds cheaper than hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation was quite noisy, but we were right in the city centre during oasis concert week, so that’s to be expected.

We had a comfortable stay in this apartment which is at walking distance from Piccadilly gardens.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very prompt in replying to messages. Both the living room and the bed room had fans too.

Some old cabinets ( lock box like and numbered ) at the ground floor confused us and we thought that we had to get our apartment keys from there. We had to call up the hosts who then guided us .(Another guest had the same experience too !) Also, climbing up two floors with suitcases was not easy.

Not very superior

The location of this apartment, as in, where it is in the city, is excellent. Great for getting to all areas. The kitchen had all the pans and utensils you needed. TV with freeview and access to iplayer etc was good. Very little noise from the other apartments in the building. Beds were comfortable enough. The apartment was a good size.

I don't believe there was anything superior about the apartment. The entrance hallway had laundry in every day, and the hallway / staircases weren't loved. The kitchen looks tired, stains or burns on the work surface, one cupboard covering is coming off near the oven, there's chipped crockery, and the pedal bin is broken. The lounge area only has seating for two. You are forced to sit side by side on the world's most uncomfortable couch. The cleanliness on arrival was questionable. Crumbs under dining table and on a chair, toilet had stains on the outside, all reflective surfaces clearly hadn't been cleaned properly (mirror, shower screen, microwave), this apartment is not getting a deep clean after every guest and it isn't being looked after properly, a perfect example is the fact that there's a massive lovely clock on the wall, but it doesn't work, just needs batteries. In summary, if you're looking for a bed for a night out, then this place is fine. If you're looking for comfort for a longer stay, there are cheaper and better properties in Manchester. It's a shame, though, with a bit of love and very little money, this apartment could be amazing.

Nice little short stay in NQ

Good location and easy access to the property. The place was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. Live music pub was a few doors down and could hear it in the living room only, good music and turned off by 11 so it was reasonable.

The bedroom backed onto a back of a takeaway/restaurant. You couldn’t open the window without receiving fumes from the place.

The location is perfect. You can easily reach to anywhere

Some of the facilities need to be fixed. As others mention, some of floor tiles stick out and can be dangerous. The upper lock is not working properly. There was a huge vacuum for professional cleaning left in the living room and also something is left in the washing machine too.

The shower curtain is full of mould, there is also no little trash can in the bathroom. The floors were sticky in some places I think maybe it was some sort of berry juice.

APPALLING Nightmare. I don't have enough character count to describe all the ways in which these guy

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Terrible checkin (couldn't get in and they only have someone working from the philippines, who had no idea how to get in), terrible communication (I received dozens of emails after booking, constantly requesting filing of forms, additional payments, signing of contracts). Spent most of my time in Manchester trying to communicate with them and sort out this disaster. Once you pay all the fees on booking, they will send you additional fee of £250. And after you pay that, only then will you get their draconian contract which isn't even consistent! i wasted so much time dealing with this property that I missed half the things that I wanted to do in Manchester and part of what I needed to do. So much stress! Would highly advise against booking with them!

DODGY AF. BEWARE OF THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE! I posted a review and it got deleted multiple times. Moreover, they clearly have some connections with google maps employees because my account got blocked for all posts that I've done after I tried to renew my review on google, so they manufacture and curate their reviews and delete all negative ones. Here's my experience with these guys (which they conveniently requested to be removed from google) - THEY DIDN'T RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO CHECK IN AT 3, THEIR CHECK IN IS AT 4 PM!! (there's literally nobody there, just a key lock, why do they need to be so unacommodating is beyond me). not only that, they charge extra £10 for checking in "early", even though internationally it's normal check-in time. But even then, I couldn't get through to anyone but a bot. - Had to re-arrange my evening to check in around 6 and even then, I couldn't check in because they gave me the wrong code and the support on the phone was in philippines, so clearly had no clue how to help me. (another hour on the phone, while I had a meeting to attend) I had to go to my meeting and have someone else check in for me later. - 12 PAGE CONTRACT COMES AFTER YOU FULLY (NON-REFUNDABLE) PAY, AND ADDITIONALLY PAY FEES OF £250! - I got dozens of emails from them with various fill out requests. It's all a bunch of bots based in philippines, charging UK fees and providing zero support! - They ignore my ALLERGY request completely (only "sorry" as a response) the house was unlivable for me and I was very sick for the whole day. - Nobody could help me with the heater which wasn't working. When I inquired about it, I only got a marketing email with a voucher for booking again! There's not a single person responding to the problems or queries. - Washing machine not working, also just wasting time on chat, no help.

Great location and comfortable flat for a short stay but don't set your expectations too high.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Charming cafes, bustling high street shops, delightful restaurants, a convenient supermarket, and travel hubs were all just a leisurely stroll away. The flat offered an inviting spaciousness, equipped with wonderful facilities and a cozy atmosphere that felt just right. Plus, the tranquility at night was such a lovely bonus.

The shower door in the hall-bathroom fell off its hinge. It's pretty heavy but luckily we caught it so it didn't cause any injuries or break anything but it needs to be addressed. Additionally, the flat exhibits several signs of wear and tear that are not reflected in the promotional pictures.
