Very Comfy beds. Plenty of room. Easy to access. All the amenities you would need on a short stay

Being knocked up by housekeeping when we had paid for later checkout. The random nuts left. We couldn’t decide if these were missed by housekeeping or were meant to be there.

The apartment was perfect for our stay (2 nights) and I would definitely go back

The property was in a great location, really central to everything with many shops a short walk nearby including grocery and the shopping centre. It was close to restaurants and bars also and the apartment had great facilities perfect for our trip.

Great location, clean and value for money.

The location was perfect, close to most things in Manchester. The apartment was spacious, two full bathrooms are available there. The beds were very comfortable and clean. It has a full kitchen set up, even providing tea and coffee. Bathrooms were very clean and spacious with ironing facilities too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, perfect apartments and location

Spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. Had everything provided (and more) that we needed. Plenty of amenities very close by and very vibrant area. Short walk to City Centre. Multistorey car park short distance from apartment (which I prebooked), so useful to know.

Excellent location and stunning interior and amazing value.

Was in town for Sam Fender with a group of friends and this place was IDEAL. The location is fantastic. The hosts were very instructive on getting in to the apartment and answering any additional questions we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Location, very central for us. Comfortable, well set out. Very clean. Plenty hot water for showers.

Very warm inside but fans were there to help. Could do with some tumbler glasses. TV channels were unpredictable, just getting scrambled picture.

Excellent value for money

Location was amazing. We had multiple restaurants and coffee shops on our doorstep. The accommodation was excellent value for money. It had everything that we needed including iron and a hairdryer, as well as kitchen utensils, pots and pans so we could cook our own dinners. The rooms were very clean and the bed was really cosy. The check in instructions were also very detailed. Overall we had no issues whatsoever and were positively surprised given that the place was couple hundred pounds cheaper than hotels in the area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The accommodation was quite noisy, but we were right in the city centre during oasis concert week, so that’s to be expected.

We had a comfortable stay in this apartment which is at walking distance from Piccadilly gardens.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hosts were very prompt in replying to messages. Both the living room and the bed room had fans too.

Some old cabinets ( lock box like and numbered ) at the ground floor confused us and we thought that we had to get our apartment keys from there. We had to call up the hosts who then guided us .(Another guest had the same experience too !) Also, climbing up two floors with suitcases was not easy.

Unusually hot weather (32 degrees) meant the apartment was extremely hot. Fans were provided but still uncomfortably warm with this room being on the top floor.

Superb one night stay in great location

Not very superior

The location of this apartment, as in, where it is in the city, is excellent. Great for getting to all areas. The kitchen had all the pans and utensils you needed. TV with freeview and access to iplayer etc was good. Very little noise from the other apartments in the building. Beds were comfortable enough. The apartment was a good size.

I don't believe there was anything superior about the apartment. The entrance hallway had laundry in every day, and the hallway / staircases weren't loved. The kitchen looks tired, stains or burns on the work surface, one cupboard covering is coming off near the oven, there's chipped crockery, and the pedal bin is broken. The lounge area only has seating for two. You are forced to sit side by side on the world's most uncomfortable couch. The cleanliness on arrival was questionable. Crumbs under dining table and on a chair, toilet had stains on the outside, all reflective surfaces clearly hadn't been cleaned properly (mirror, shower screen, microwave), this apartment is not getting a deep clean after every guest and it isn't being looked after properly, a perfect example is the fact that there's a massive lovely clock on the wall, but it doesn't work, just needs batteries. In summary, if you're looking for a bed for a night out, then this place is fine. If you're looking for comfort for a longer stay, there are cheaper and better properties in Manchester. It's a shame, though, with a bit of love and very little money, this apartment could be amazing.

Nice little short stay in NQ

Good location and easy access to the property. The place was tidy and clean and had everything we needed. Live music pub was a few doors down and could hear it in the living room only, good music and turned off by 11 so it was reasonable.

The bedroom backed onto a back of a takeaway/restaurant. You couldn’t open the window without receiving fumes from the place.

The location is perfect. You can easily reach to anywhere

Some of the facilities need to be fixed. As others mention, some of floor tiles stick out and can be dangerous. The upper lock is not working properly. There was a huge vacuum for professional cleaning left in the living room and also something is left in the washing machine too.

breakfast was good as. we took our own - the location was good

the bathroom was small - shower was precarious to get in and out of - the flat was very noisy with people coming in late at night - the whole place was tired and in need of a make over - flooring lifting in the lounge
