Outstanding stay for our group! The location is fantastic and very close to the city centre. The apartment was extremely spacious with plenty of room for all of us. The booking and check-in system was super easy and professional. On top of that, our host was amazingly accommodating and regularly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We were all very happy!
There was a minor hiccup with the parking, but the host handled it brilliantly. They apologised immediately and communicated so well to get everything resolved quickly. Excellent customer service!

The size of the property was great with plenty of sleeping options. It had a quirky layout that was ok for a short stay. Entry to the property was easy and the host(s) kept in contact by email although we never met them.
The location was a bit untidy and attention to detail in the facilities was lacking. For example- no teatowel, the coffee needed to be topped up, no where to hang any clothes in the small bedroom (just a couple of hooks on the back of the door would have helped) and the check out information, both in the property and digitally needs to be updated (no key or key safe as referred to as there is now a digital keypad for entry) As a point of safety - a nonstop mat in the bath for use when showering ought to be provided.
