The Morganite Suite

The apartment is very beautiful, just like the pictures. It is spacious and in a great location. The kitchen and living room were well equipped and very comfortable, and overall the space felt pleasant and well designed.

There were several functionality issues that affected our stay. We were a group of six, with four people staying in the “double room,” which includes a downstairs bedroom and an attic accessed by a staircase. While the room itself is large, the stairs to the attic are extremely steep and not anchored to the wall, making them uncomfortable and unsafe to use, especially at night. Additionally, although this room is advertised as en suite, the bathroom had no door, curtain, or any form of separation, resulting in no privacy and making it effectively unusable for four people. The second bathroom had a faulty toilet that was leaking. Hot water was also a major issue: it is supplied by a boiler that heats only at specific times, allowing for just two or three short showers before running out. To get more hot water, the boiler had to be manually boosted and time allowed for reheating.

Lack of bedding and was a little cold and difficult to understand how to work the heating however hosts communication was amazing and sent over all the info.

location and beautiful old building great convinient to tram stops and all for etihad stadium location was its best point

lots of general poor state decor was supposed to be lavish lets but was holes in walls, cupboards peeling , taps falling off , holes in wall that had been covered up with a tatty birthday banner , the sofa bed on the mezzanine was broken and not able to hold anyone sleeping on it , the sofa bed in living room was the same broken and sloping down, one of the towels had a rust colour stain on it , generally the property was clean but needs some attention, the cables for internet in the hallway had no cover and dangling all over the wall, the place only had 4 cups bit is supposed to sleep 6 people, just below par really , needs updating and some maintenance. But i must say Natalie the host was very good at communication and giving information in a quick response time so i do feel guilty complaining about the apartment but it certainly needs to be said . could be a beautiful flat stunning on the canal side views etc so its a shame really but i have to be honest
