The location was great, well served by local shops. The property was comfortable to a good specification.
People upstairs were smoking from the balcony and threw their butts onto the terrace. Weather wasn't great to go out but, if it had been, it would have been quite unpleasant.

Had everything you needed. Fantastic central location. After long direct trip from Australia. Incredible staff member Becka was able to accommodate an early check in and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Was welcomed with ‘get inside and get warm.’ Thank you so much for the wonderful welcome 🙏

the appartment was in a cosy neighbourhood with a really nice cafe nearby, also there was a market on saturday with local producers, so it was a very nice activity. The appartment has a nice living room to relax and the bedrooms were very comfortable
The bathroom had some issues with ventilation, but it was a bit better after openning the window as well as the shower head was old. The appartment was a bit further from the city center than expected, there’s a 8 min walk to the tram stop and then it takes around 15 minutes to get to the center

The location was great and the property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was nice and warm. Becka from admin was very responsive.
The furniture is very worn and some armchairs were heavily stained and looked unpleasant. Most furniture needs replacing and the same goes for the hob that looks well overworked.
The bathroom also needs some maintenance as the silicone on most edges has started going mouldy.
When we’ve asked about a hair dryer (as detailed in the facilities) and a bath mat. The response was that should be one in the apartment already, which was not true . Nevertheless we borrowed one from a friend that lives local. Hosts never followed up on that request. Also for a long stay ( more than a three days) should be a provision for extra towels , bedsheets and toilet paper without extra charge . That is not the case !!
