strongly do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay here was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had.
First of all, I had no electricity in my room for two full days. Two days. No proper lighting, no ability to charge my phone, no normal functioning facilities. I reported the issue multiple times to the reception, but the response was extremely poor. Instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem quickly, they kept giving vague answers and showing no real interest in solving it.
The biggest issue, however, was what happened after check-out. They refused to return my deposit. They claimed there was “damage” in the room, which is completely false. I left the room in good condition, and there was absolutely nothing broken or damaged. It felt like they were just looking for an excuse to keep the deposit. There was no clear explanation, no proof, no photos, nothing. Just accusations.
The communication with the reception was terrible from beginning to end. Very unprofessional, dismissive, and at times even rude. It was extremely difficult to get clear information about anything. Every time I asked for clarification regarding the deposit or the alleged damage, I received different answers.
Another serious issue is that they do not issue proper receipts. When I asked for a receipt, they avoided the request and did not provide a proper document. This raises serious concerns about how this place is managed.
Overall, the entire experience felt dishonest and unfair. Between the two days without electricity, the false damage claims, the withheld deposit, and the poor communication, this stay was extremely stressful.
There are many other hotels available. I strongly advise choosing a different place and avoiding this one. It is simply not worth the risk, money, or frustration.

The property was good, spacious kitchen which was handy for a big group!
The sofa beds were super hard to sleep on, and the shower water kept changing temperature to very cold, as one of my friends had to have a completely cold shower.
