Great location close to 2 metro stations with easy access to the city centre. Very close to plenty of takeaways. The beds were all doubles which was a huge plus for our all adult group. The kitchen was well kitted out.
Helpful staff upon arrival.
Very little communication for the booking, only replying to messages the day of the stay, all other communication seemed to be automated. Very poorly communicated that ALL guests needed to have ID and be present at check in, which caused quite a bit of stress even after it was resolved, only because the staff were lovely, but could easily have ended up badly.
We had no confirmation of the deposit being received and it was refunded a day after their estimate, also with no communication to say it would be coming back at all until we saw it in our account.
Overall, experience could be vastly improved by better communication.

La comodidad de la casa que nos ofreció Green Aparments en Manchester fue total. Se portaron muy bien con nosotros. Muy amables y pacientes. La casa que nos ofrecieron estaba a 5 minutos andando del estadio del Manchester united.
