Excellent stay.

Walking distance to tram station and close by to Tesco grocery. Kitchen utilities and heating system were good.

Bed Matress need replacing or a topper, kitchen chairs need replacing. The apt could done with abit of tlc. Very noise outside with tesco small shop below and then delivery's at 7am

Ice apartment in a great location and plenty of bars/ restaurants- all within walking distance

Great location right next to metro for Manchester City and other local areas. Also regular bus if you don’t have a car. Tesco express next door. Good for spire hospital as fairly close. . Would definitely consider staying there in future - we were in the apartment with the large balcony- even if it was an event in the city.

Not a lot but would say that the entry to the car park could do with some TLC - although this may not be possible.

Good location, space and cleanliness but challenging to get a decent sleep

Location

The noise and light from outside meant a poor night’s sleep. It sounded as though the windows were not closed (they were) and the vertical blinds at the main bedroom window didn’t extend the full length of the window so it was too light in the room, particularly from 5am. There was no blind at all to block out the light at the velux window in the smaller bedroom. The car park at the rear is tight and my vehicle has scratched on both sides by neighbouring vehicles passengers squeezing into their cars.

good place if just using to sleep

Place was nicely presented with easy access into the heart of Manchester. beds were all reasonable size and private car park was very handy

It could have been cleaner, found a hair roller under 1 bed and some old peanuts under another, these were loose so lucky there was no peanut allergy. Unfortunately a few things needed repair, i put in the bath plug then needed a spoon to get it out as the control knob did not work. It did not have a pleasant smell when we walked in but after leaving windows open smell went.

Good location. Plenty of restaurants around. Good communication by whats app/email from hosts (Britannia group). Dated building, but neat and clean.

Bit noisy till late night - student hub. Top floor apartment. Very hot in summer. Tight parking behind apartment complex.

Basic amenities missing and an uncomfortable stay.

Location near the Tram station.

Mattresses were saggy and uncomfortable. Bathroom was missing basic things. The exhaust fan was not working. Taps needed fixing. No shelf to place toiletries. Living room sofas were unclean and vertical blinds broken.

Really nice stay, very clean beautiful property

Stayed in this place with my family absolutely lovely apartment, it was clean when we came there was also plates and cutlery we could use. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a stay in Manchester and want to be only a 10/15 min drive from city centre and 2 min walk to Tesco and a tram stop. Can’t complain it was quiet and clean 5 stars

Very good for our requirements.

Well laid out and located 100 metres from tram, and with many bars and restaurants. A very vibrant area and an uber got us in to Midland hotel for under £10.

Soap and shampoo were empty in bathroom, found out when I was in the shower ( mine were in the bedroom). No tea towel, 2nd room velux could do with a blind as it got light at 4.00am

A great location, a comfortable flat and great communication before and during our stay.

The beds were very comfortable, they provided us with a travel cot and high chair which were both in pristine condition. The flat was clean and there were teas/coffees/biscuits provided. The location is fantastic - near cafes and restaurants, tram stop to the city centre and a lovely playground nearby. Surprisingly it wasn’t noisy despite being on a main road.

Disappointing stay. Good location but subpar property

It was very clean. Spacious apartment. The location next to the tram station is good. Didsbury is a pleasant suburb

The overall experience was poor. The bathroom soap dish, toothbrush holder, toilet brush all need replacing. The grouting needs cleaning/replacing. The bathroom door had a hole in the back of it. The kitchen needs upgrading. It's about 50 years old. The sofa smells and needs dry cleaning. The blinds are awful - like an office block from the 1980s and have a panel missing from them. It is noisy - you definitely need ear plugs to sleep. It's above a Tesco Express and delivery noise starts early in the morning.

Apartment was clean and tidy bedrooms were nice size free parking was a bonus collecting keys were easy enough metrolink right on the doorstep so we could get about Manchester

It was very noisy early morning bins being thrown around when somebody upstairs used the water a grinding noise could be heard in our apartment the only other thing was no tv could use bbc i player or itv live we managed to get our prime on the second night but Netflix wouldn’t work either

Clean, in a brilliant location with comfortable beds and living spaces.

The property was clean, beds were comfortable and there was free parking. It was in a great location near public transport and just above a Tesco supermarket. There were lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby.

We had a couple of minor hiccups: fob for the car park wasn’t in the laneway lockbox; a jammed washing machine door forced us to leave behind an important item of clothing. Kitchen equipment was minimal (no teapot, coffee plunger). Table salt and pepper and say, olive oil for cooking, would be welcome.

Exceptional

This property (the burton) was originally booked but when we arrived the kitchen was very smelly so we got in touch with the team and they were very reasonable and provided us with another accommodation which was more comfortable and spacious. They were very considerate of our group that came to attend a wedding and made it stress free.

Good size apartment for 4.

Very well structured apartment that could fit 2 couples in 2 similar size bedrooms. The building is situated in a nice area, very close to the tram station that took us to the city centre and with connection to the airport. There is a Tesco supermarket downstairs that can be very handy in case you need anything and plenty of restaurants around for a nice dinner.

It was very noisy during night due to people partying or coming back late and talking loud. Also, in the morning at around 6am it was noisy due to the supermarket restocking. Of course, this is not under the owner’s control.

Close to centre, tram stop 2 min walk away. Secure parking off street, lots of restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance, co op and tesco express also within close proximity to accommodation. Perfect size for family of 2 ad plus 2 kids, Kitchen well equipped with hob and fridge freezer, plenty of crockery and utensils Constant supply hot water and washer/drier in situ. Free WiFi and TV on site. Clean and warm. Host very helpful with all our queries. Would recommend as a good base to manchester and surrounding areas.

Laneway to onsite parking in need of repair and upkeep off-putting to overall aesthetic of property didn't give a good first impression on initial arrival
