Location perfect for what we needed

The apartment is spacious and bright.
Kitchen cupboard doors are all wonky, draws in the kitchen come off the hinges, white stains on the sofa and chair, the bath was full of grime, chewing gum stuck underneath the kitchen benches. It doesn't mention anywhere that you are in the middle of where all the students live. They make a hell of alot of notice from 9pm onwards. Cups were dirty and finger prints all over the cutlery.

"The flats were clean and up to date. The location was great. There was a bus stop within a 2 minute walk. The penthouse flat had a large common room which allowed our group to have our meetings there...."
