This is a nice apartment but it needs updating for the price as we’ve stayed in apartments with much better facilities c

It was clean, comfortable and close to shops and facilities. Communication with owner/agent was good.

Strange to have 2 showers over the bath. The electric shower is cold. The plumbed in shower is better but needs a new shower head. I would expect to be able to have a decent shower for the cost of the apartment. The kitchen equipment needs checking. There was one wine glass only and no tea towel so we couldn’t dry up.

fabulous - best place I have stayed in ageas!

lovely flat and great views - briilliant location - cmfy and clean beds, lovely bathroom, great kitchen and living room. Quiet even though its a student area

i wish there couold have beed some parking or directions to parking but in all honesty it is possible to find something around the surrounding roads. it's on a brilliant bus route though!

A lovely, well designed comfortable flat in a busy ttransitional inner city enclave.

The location is actually much enhanced by this modern building. It is an up-and-coming area undergoing gentrification. Older properties surround the building, and there is the rather lovely municipal library building opposite. I am sure the area will be very picturesque as the surrounding properties are modernised. The nearby shops and pubs provide a busy, colourful hub, which can be very lively indeed at the weekends. The property was modern, warm, relatively spacious and pleasant. The beds and bedding are comfortable and well-maintained. The building itself was secure, with good access off the street, and there was evidence of good site maintenance throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped and the heating worked well.

The flat was exactly what I needed for my stay.

The property is very neat and clean. The management team is very friendly. There is a manager called Ali. He is very helpful I didn’t know the how to unsent heater. I call Ali he came in 5 minutes and explain me how to use very good place to live

The apartment is spacious and bright.

Kitchen cupboard doors are all wonky, draws in the kitchen come off the hinges, white stains on the sofa and chair, the bath was full of grime, chewing gum stuck underneath the kitchen benches. It doesn't mention anywhere that you are in the middle of where all the students live. They make a hell of alot of notice from 9pm onwards. Cups were dirty and finger prints all over the cutlery.

Great place to stay in Withington!

The apartment is clean and well maintained. We had a most comfortable stay. Excellent location with restaurants around and easily accessible by bus. The host was most helpful with our enquiries and requests.

Good location with shops and restaurants around. Convenient access by bus around town. Clean and comfortable.

It would be better if a table can be provided, as I need to do some desk work with my laptop during the stay.

I didn’t like nothing about the property the couches stunk had stains on it the floor was sticky the bedrooms had a smell to them toilet stank aswell broken things in there to I had children there but we couldn’t stay had to leave I wasn’t happy

It was to unorganised, felt like I phoned a lot with issues in the first hour of arriving, from problems with parking then with the flat.

Very convenient location in a very nice area, 10min walk from local parks and great access to Manchester via bus and cycle.

Great spacious apartment in central location.

Good location near University student accommodation, clean and spacious apartment. Liked the secure entrance and secure parking nearby.

Didn’t sleep well, noisy at night and bedroom windows could do with better sound insulation and curtains rather than blinds for better light blackout. Kitchen could have had more cleaning products such as a washing up bowl and brush to wash the dishes up properly.

Drogo, czysto i nieuczciwy personel.

Duża przestrzeń, bardzo wygodne łóżka z przyjemna pościelą i czyste ręczniki. Przystanek autobusowy pod apartamentem, sklepiki obok. W łazience płyny do kąpieli w dozownikach. Dobry i szybki internet, telewizja.

Najbardziej zaniepokoiły nas nieuczciwe praktyki personelu. Najpierw zgodzili się na wcześniejsze zameldowanie, a dopiero po tym, poinformowali, ze tak przyjemność będzie kosztowała „tylko” 20£. Nie tak wygląda fair komunikacja. Jednak tym, co napędziło nam ogromnego strachu, była sytuacja, w której dostaliśmy wiadomość, że w naszym apartamencie szyba w oknie jest rozbita (a było to na 4 piętrze). Personel zapytał czy może przyjść i to sprawdzić, a kiedy odpowiedzieliśmy, że nie ma nas na miejscu, spytali czy mogą WEJŚĆ SAMI! W obawie o własne rzeczy, natychmiast wróciliśmy do mieszkania i na szczęście nic nie zniknęło, ale było to bardzo podejrzane, zwłaszcza że sprawdziliśmy wszystkie szyby i żadna nie była uszkodzona. Uszkodzone za to było okno w głównej sypialni, które było całkowicie nieszczelne i przepuszczało zimne powietrze. Ogromny minus także za brak przejściówek na europejskie wtyczki do gniazdek, naprawdę w tak turystycznym miejscu? Kiepski stosunek jakości do ceny, dość drogo jak na taką odległość do centrum. Swoją drogą nie wiem skąd tyle dobrych opinii o tym miejscu, jest to conajmniej podejrzane.

Mein Aufenthalt von 33 Nächten war schön, angenehm und komfortabel.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle, an der sechs Linien mit Verbindungen ins Stadtzentrum und zum Flughafen Manchester verkehren. Es gibt Märkte und Restaurants, Sicherheit und Ruhe. Die Betreuung ist gut, die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer über WhatsApp ist einfach und er antwortet schnell. Mein Aufenthalt von 33 Nächten war schön, angenehm und komfortabel.

L’emplacement très pratique. L’appartement était très bien.

Il faudrait mettre dans l’appartement un document avec des informations telles que l’emplacement du local à poubelle, le fonctionnement de la douche (en France nous n’avons pas ce type de douche avec une ficelle à tirer).
