Hot tub was immaculate and so was the bathroom, beds were comfy and clean, great price for a one night stay with friends and family, hosts were easy to contact and great with communication, just the job for what we needed, able to have early check in, can clearly see hosts have tried their best.

The house needs a lot of work to it a lot of chipped paint and plaster, some of the bedroom furniture was broken on arrival, still food in the fridge from previous guests, lots of scuffs and dents in walls and doors, these are just superficial problems which could easily get sorted, the host said that they have guests who throw parties so I can imagine how hard it is to keep on top of all the issues ?I think the stairs could do with looking at on a safety level they are very narrow and almost slanted with thick carpet on top. Bit of a worry when going up and down them,hosts request a £250 refundable deposit which is quite steep, however it was returned the day of departure in full, it’s not in a great area especially if your not familiar with Manchester, but on the whole we had a great time with family and friends and was very cheap to book.

Beautiful home with lovely decorations. Good friends with the owner so already knew what to expect.

Hot tub was dirty as it wasn’t filtered - when the jets were turned on all the dirt that had settled had circulated making the water dirty. Fridge wasn’t cleaned out from previous guests and what they had left in there.

Location was a bit out of city and no idea how to get anywhere Property is a house not an apartment Oven didn’t work No microwave Food left in fridge from previous guests Towels left in washing machine No safety instructions or details on how to use equipment Lack of utensils and crockery in kitchen Door to bathroom was damaged Furniture was damaged Stairs are very narrow Would not be suitable for families with children Couldn’t stay here longer than one night
