The lack of elevator/lift. Going all the way up with luggages was stressful.

The location was amazing, apartment was a great size for a family and the beds and the sofa were super comfy, I dint want to go out. Also Kevin and his team were super helpful when I had any queries. Great Apartment!
It just needed a frying pan and a draining board as we like to make a breakfast and keep on top of cleaning but that would be my only suggestion which I told the team and they were happy with that!

The apartment was nice once inside. Beds were comfy and rooms were light and airy and attractively decorated. Complimentary ear plugs were a nice touch as the northern quarter area is noisy til early hours of morning . Easy walking distance to Piccadilly. The 2 fans were appreciated in this heatwave.
We requested an iron on arrival. No response til it was too late and the response was “have you checked the cupboards”. Of course we had checked all cupboards before asking. Shower gel dispenser was empty in main bathroom and towels were very small..
