Luxury Rooms - Pick a Room - Free Parking & Kitchen Access, Near Etihad Stadium, The Coop Live & Piccadilly Station, Manchester

I've stayed just one night at the property and everything was fine for me. Comfy bed, pretty spacious room and the bathroom, the top floor has it's charm I'd say. Easy accessible, handy codes to enter the building and the room. In walking distance you have the groceries shops, Man City stadium. Neighbourhood pretty chill. It's a distance from the Piccadilly Station but the public transport goes quickly and almost next to the property, so no issue at all.

Easy to access, clean and tidy. Good facilities- Netflix available

Pillows were very hard

It was quite good.

Close to the COOP arena. Easy to get too. 6 mins in a taxi to Piccadilly Station.

The walk back through the local estate was a little off putting. Some right characters hanging around. The room itself was ok, not the cleanest but ok for a night, but our stay was let down by a couple of things. It's worth knowing before you book that this is more like a shared house set-up - bedrooms have their own locks, but you're sharing common areas with other guests and some more permanent residents, their belongings are in the stairwells and in the kitchen, which felt a bit unusual and less secure than a typical self-contained booking. More seriously, we got back around 11pm and had already gone to bed when at 11:30pm an unknown number rang my mobile and turned out to be the owner, asking me to go down and let other guests in because the front door was broken. I had to leave my daughter alone in the room, get out of bed, get dressed, go down three flights of stairs, come back up for my phone once I realised it needed the app to unlock the door, and go back down again to sort it. This isn't something a guest should be asked to do, and it meant leaving a child unsupervised to fix a problem that was the property's responsibility, not mine. The room and location were otherwise decent, but being used as unpaid night-time security isn't something I'd want to repeat.
