The location is exactly what we were needing. It is an easy 5 min walk to Etihad stadium making it easy to get to and from the Man City game. The team line is on the other side of the Stadium from the house so also easy to get to making transport to and from the city easy.
The house had lots of rooms and space which was as advertised. Washing machine, heater all worked.
The house could do with some tlc and a deep clean.
We could hear the neighbours during our stay which was noisy until about 11pm each night. Also the neighbourhood had a number of fireworks/crackers going off both the Friday and Saturday evening.
The kitchen could do with a few extra items just as larger bowls and a strainer but was fine for our stay.
