Nice apartment, host very nice and polite and happy to help if we had any questions, also told us where the local shop was and where to find a good choice of restaurants.

No plugs for the sink in the bathrooms. A small thing but I like to fill the sink to wash my face.

It was really nice and spacious

Its location and easy access to public transportation.

We were on the 3rd floor. Was advertised in Booking.com that there would be elevators. Didn’t think much about it. Until when we were informed a day before we left Kuala Lumpur. The elevator was not working and apartment was on 3rd floor and we had to walk all the way up the stairs. We came from Kuala Lumpur, there were quite a no of us, and naturally we had many large suitcases. That was horrible. Going up and down the stairs daily wasn’t what we bargained for. My husband and I are both in our late 50s and we have weak knees. We had our grandchildren too, 3 and 1 years old. Wasn’t easy with the little ones and strollers too. We were offered a ground floor apartment, but by then, we already had our suitcases upstairs. The replacement apartment offered was not clean also. Lastly, I think the bedsheets and pillows also need upgrading. That way, the apartment will feel more cosy and welcoming. Apart from the above, we were okay.
