Lloyd St Apartment

Location and off street parking were what I was after. Keysafe entry etc was straightforward. Great communication with the property manager.

The apartment is in a poor state of repair. The drains stink. The boiler created mildly tepid water only.

Balcony, sofa beds and everything else to be fair it was good value for money according to me. I paid £210 for 5 nights and £100 deposit which was refund fully on the same day to me. which was great value for money and the apartment can hold 10 people easily there is space to sleep for everyone. Wifi was very good. Also we had like proper fun there speakers and everything. You can book it if you don’t want to be worried about smoking I can guarantee that. I had so much fun there with my boys, no complaints nothing although i thought we were a bit loud.

There is one apartment with no balcony which I think should have been mentioned in the details which i got to know after but owner was very sweet she gave the balcony one as I asked her that I needed that specific one. The elevator was not working although I hope the owner will get it fixed in few days as she said so. 3rd if the windows are closed a smell appears from the toilet but i think you can fix it as the owner will tell you the instructions. Other than that i had very good time there.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Lots of room for a big group and it was a nice place to come back to after a night out.

We didnt find anything that we were unhappy with. Overall it served its purpose, facilities worked fine and we had no problems with anything.

Bathroom door handle was not working. informed to the building management first day only but no action till i left.That is almost 10 days.
