Recommended, easy commute into Manchester.

Great apartment, well equipped, good location and on main bus route. Easy checking and out. Easy to control heating.

Sofa was not comfortable for sitting. Walls are thin so could hear neighbours talking late into the night. Could have done with a plug in the sink for washing up properly.

Good stay in Manchester

Host was very responsive. Enjoyed the space of the living room, kitchen, and bathtub. Close to all transport.

Did not like that the outside doorbell would ring for our apartment. This happened early in the morning a few times. Wish it had been more clear about it being two single beds rather than a double. Had trouble getting back into apartment after locking key in the room. Did not know the door locked behind me.

I think the flat upstairs may have had children or an Irish dancing competition and their footfall was heavy but as this only took place in evenings it was fine! It’s a shame to have to pay for parking but that said, it’s secure and a far better rate than you’d get elsewhere

The SatNav directed me to a property around the corner in Arnold Road, so I had to walk a little further down the main road to find it. It was well lit, though, and easy to find. I would have lined a tea pot too 😊

Miles better than a week in a hotel when staying for work.

Much better than spending a week in a stuffy hotel room. Spacious and with a variety of facilities (some I used, some I didn't), large bathroom, a choice of sofas to rest on. Very secure too.

Good location, but the comfort and welcome could be improved.

The property is in a nice area, about 10 minutes by Uber from the city center.

Both the sofas and the dining benches were very uncomfortable. The WhatsApp welcome message felt more transactional than welcoming.

Great for a short stay

Clean and host left us bottled water packs of biscuits even toothpaste and shower gel and teabags!

Smelt abit drainy on arrival but sprayed some air freshener around and opened the windows then the smell was gone. Sofa bed too hard to sleep on so glad it was only 2 nights

A perfectly fine stay overall.

Hosts on site but we were granted full privacy during what was a comfortable and pleasant four-night stay.

Shower over the bath was fine although bath not serviceable as a bath, which was a shame.

I booked the apartment for a colleague who was training in Manchester, they expressed that the facilities were very good and much better than a hotel for their down time

Short and sweet but amazing!

The property was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean with attention to detail. It had all the facilities to accomodate us and it is situated in a lovely quiet location with parking at the front of the property. The host himself was amazing with excellent comunication throughout. I cannot recommend this property and host highly enough, praise where praise is due...We had such a lovely stay that we didn't want to return home! and will definitely hope to stay again when visiting Manchester.

The apartment was very nice, clean and comfortable. The location makes it so easy to get around. Although we didn’t meet the staff they were very responsive to any questions we had. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

Lovely apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

The apartment was wonderful - it looked even better than in the pictures. Everything was spotless clean. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom also. It's situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood and there is a bus stop right across the street. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We had a wonderful stay and would book it again.

The only thing I personally would have liked would have been a coffee maker, but still - there was a jar of instant coffee, so also - not a big deal.

nice clean apartment with all essentials provided. great communication, easy access. appreciated water bottles and biscuits, nice touch! place in good condition, very welcoming. car park space. easy to find, good location. kitchen well equipped, there is iron board, iron and towels. in general we really enjoyed our stay. exactly what we needed. bedding provided and prepared. no issues!

there could be a chair instead of a bench as probably more comfortable but totally personal preference so it doesn't make facility any worse

Possibilità di parcheggio se richiesto in anticipo e semplice self check-in. Assistenza a distanza ottima e di rapida risposta. Noi eravamo nell'appartamento F al primo piano. Semplice raggiungere il centro con i bus, fermata proprio di fronte la casa.

Unica pecca bagno senza finestra, ma assolutamente nulla da segnalare. Il supermercato più vicino dista 20 minuti a piedi.
