Easy to find, location is perfect for getting into the city centre and further out. Very clean and good size, perfect for a family of four. No problem with parking, managed to find space for two cars. Guys are quick to answer any questions you may have.

L’espace du logement. La décoration. La literie de qualité. Les solutions de connectiques (ports UBS..) La machine à laver !
La gentillesse et l’écoute d’Alex et Mo ! Très réactif pour répondre à la moindre demande.
La proximité avec l’arrêt de bus !
Alexandra parc juste à côté.
Le calme du voisinage proche.
Le manque d’ustensiles de cuisine (notamment saladier, grande casserole pour faire cuire des pâtes). Ce logement est conçu pour accueillir 6 personnes alors il faut pouvoir cuisiner en conséquence.
Enfin, la situation géographique à proximité du quartier de Moss Side qui n’est pas propice au sentiment de sécurité, surtout après 18h

Very nice appartment, feels recently renovated w comfty beds and nice furniture. Overall spacey. Well equipped kitchen. Great availability for parking. Host communicated really quick and was very helpful.
Some listed facilities are missing, esp. AC and guest toilet (it’s one bathroom). Bit narrow and steep stairs up, if you travel w big/heavy luggage. The backyard area could be maintained to be able to use it. For our family w kids the area was good during the day w green areas and playground, but felt bit rough after dark.

We spent 4 days in Manchester and really enjoyed this property. The house is freshly renovated with brand-new beds, kitchen, and bathroom. It was very clean and, most importantly, very warm thanks to the radiators in every room — which was essential since we were traveling with a small child. Parking was easy and stress-free. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
The only minor thing is that the place feels a bit "new" and lacks some small practical touches. For example, there were no hooks in the bathroom or hallway, so we had nowhere to hang our towels or coats. Adding a few hooks would make it much more comfortable!
