Le propriétaire était toujours joignable et sympathique.
Dès notre arrivée nous avons remarqué que la maison n’avait pas été nettoyé et ranger. Après avoir pris contact avec le propriétaire nous avons dû patienter deux heures pour que l’entreprise de nettoyage termine. Merci au propriétaire d’avoir pris ça en charge toute suite.

The house was very nice. It seemed to be newly updated with a dishwasher and a washing machine which we made use of. We enjoyed the TV subscriptions that the owner had as we are from the US and could not use ours. There were a few nice books in the living room which we enjoyed. Overall a lovely house.
We did find that the bath mat was dirty and there was not much toilet paper when we checked in. I notified the owner and he immediately had a delivery of those items to the house. We were very happy with his responsiveness.

Had a lovely Stay at this property photos where accurate , plenty of facilities bed quilts were comfy bonus that Aldi was a 6 minute walk and manchester aquatic centre is a 7 minute drive . I have already booked for next year .

It was clean, bright and comfortable. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size with useful storage. Nicely decorated throughout. Modern kitchen, very clean and the dishwasher was handy. Good for a short stay and close to Oxford Road and the Whitworth Art Gallery. Good communication with the owner.
It was difficult to find a parking space on the night we arrived but after that it was fine.
It would have been good to have some instructions for the boiler and recommendations for restaurants, etc in the local area. But this wouldn't stop us staying again.
