Cable Street Serviced Apartments

Location was perfect and the apartment was very clean.

The kitchen was missing a chopping board. To collect the keys, I had to meet someone at the property. This was inconvenient as I was travelling for work and took time out of my day. I got held up at work and so was late to meet the staff to let me into the apartment, which was stressful and I felt really bad! Maybe a lock-box would be more useful or more flexible check-in times?

Apartment was really nice and comfortable. Perfect base camp for me attending my training course. The bed in particular (and importantly) was very comfortable. And the shower was fantastic. And on the last night when I stupidly left my keyfob inside the reception room and locked myself in the corridor, the whatsapp support team were great in helping me get access.

No coffee machine - even one of those cheap little pod-taking machines that you get in most apartments and hotels these days would have been perfect. The thing that really rubbed salt in the wound of no coffee machine, was the welcome pack containing a lovely sounding "Colombian Cafetiere Coffee" sachet.....while the apartment didn't even have a cafetiere! 🤪

Everything

Nothing

Decent location, comfortable, clean

We were on a delayed train and they attempted to make us pay an extortionate fee for checking in 20 minutes past 9pm (despite the circumstances being completely out of our control)
