Host responsive -check in was smooth and soon as arrived was instructed how to turn heating on and place warmed up pretty quickly, check out nice and simple also . The place was clean upon arrival and the price paid for a 3 bedroom house wasn’t too bad either- Ideal location for what we planned to do whilst in Manchester, was able to have a good night sleep- beds comfy and road quiet.
Didn’t have a need to use the kitchen but was nice that tea & coffee was in cupboard and soaps/shower gels provided in bathroom but had brought my own.
Free parking right outside the door was very nice and convenient.
WiFi was easy to connect too and Netflix on the tv was an added touch.
The deposit is extreme £249.99 to be paid prior to checking in and returned all being well after checking out- checked out on a Saturday and following Saturday called as I hadn’t received refund and was informed no details were held to return money, but no one had contacted me to sort this out none the less after the phone call within hours had been returned in full!
Hallway light upstairs didn’t work but managed (all adults)
The Camera in hall wasn’t mentioned in the property details about its function- understand the outside ones facing door/street but why the inside camera?
Was unsure about where to put rubbish upon departure- saw black bags piled in the garden however wasn’t comfortable leaving my own rubbish there so used the neighbours bin sorry!
A full length mirror would be nice for an outfit check before stepping out.
There are some house rules that should be abided by (Cnt remember all) but might be worth asking

Safe location, take aways and corner shops near by. Tram line also easily accessible. Deposit was a little unnerving, however this was paid back promptly upon checking out of the property. No need for concern
