Nice place, cozy and very clean. Conveniently located with bus stops right in front, making it easy to reach the city center in no time. The bathroom was spotless.
The room was a bit small, and the bed setup is better suited for a solo traveler.

Spacious rooms, plenty of space and washing facilities. Good cloakroom area. Upstairs has two bedrooms, utility room and bathroom. Downstairs a bedroom, living area and kitchen leading to small patio area outside. Are stair gates to use if needsd Good choice to travel to the local Etihad stadium. Parking outside. Local nature reserve not far.
Bit of damp around windows in the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen cabinet needs fixing. Outside seating and bathroom sealant needs replacing. Loose stair rail reported.

Modern decor & interior pieces. Nice, crisp bed linen.
Was shoddy in places, kitchen units detached, dripping overhead pipe in back yard. untidy exterior, bits of rubbish on back yard, broken garden seat.
Loose banister on stairs.

Location was close to my friend's house. This was super good.
I had nocturnal residents who went to bed at 3am. The creaking floor upstairs also didn't help. All these impacted my sleep during my stay.
