There ie nothing to like about this property. It’s a total waste of money. I booked 4 nights and couldn’t spend even a night. The dirtiest place I’ve ever seen

It’s very gross and dirty. From the walls to the tables, the floors and kitchen. The pictures here are not what you will find when you get there. They are also very misleading with their advert. Before I made payment, it was boldly stated that “the whole place belongs to you” after payment, the narrative changed. I complained telling them i couldn’t stay in that mess for 4 days . I left and was not refunded.

Mixed feelings

Location was close to my friend's house. This was super good.

I had nocturnal residents who went to bed at 3am. The creaking floor upstairs also didn't help. All these impacted my sleep during my stay.

Perfect for a short stay!

Nice place, cozy and very clean. Conveniently located with bus stops right in front, making it easy to reach the city center in no time. The bathroom was spotless.

The room was a bit small, and the bed setup is better suited for a solo traveler.

Great place to explore from

Spacious rooms, plenty of space and washing facilities. Good cloakroom area. Upstairs has two bedrooms, utility room and bathroom. Downstairs a bedroom, living area and kitchen leading to small patio area outside. Are stair gates to use if needsd Good choice to travel to the local Etihad stadium. Parking outside. Local nature reserve not far.

Bit of damp around windows in the upstairs bedroom. Kitchen cabinet needs fixing. Outside seating and bathroom sealant needs replacing. Loose stair rail reported.

Seeing a band at Heaton Park the property was nearer the venue than the city centre.

Modern decor & interior pieces. Nice, crisp bed linen.

Was shoddy in places, kitchen units detached, dripping overhead pipe in back yard. untidy exterior, bits of rubbish on back yard, broken garden seat. Loose banister on stairs.

Muy sucio

Estaba bien comunicado con el centro en un autobus de aproximadamente 20 minutos. .

Al llegar estaban todas las areas comunes muy sucias: el baño lleno de pelos y meado en la taza, cosas sin recoger, fregaplatos sin recover, plantos en la pila sin frefar, etc. Nos pusimos en contacto con el dueño que no dijo que vendrian a solucionarlo al.dia siguiente pero al dia siguiente todo seguia igual.
