Absolutely spotless, very comfortable beds, basic but functional kitchen, mostly peaceful (although the fire doors throughout are heavy and do bang a bit). Great welcome from Colin. Modern digital locks so felt secure. Good location relatively to transport routes including motorway and trams.
A shelf in the shower would be handy and the small sofa was a combination of very soft (base) and rock hard (back). But overall these are minor concerns.

The whole building, and the apartment looked well cared for, thought had been put in to what would be most useful, it was close to main transport links. Private parking was a bonus.
Bed was enormous, and so comfortable. Equipped with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave, plenty storage. Light and airy.
The en-suite shower room was quite small, not a lot of room, and we couldn’t get the hot water to heat beyond lukewarm. We struggled to get our large suitcase up three floors, but Colin, the manager, did help.
