The location has easy links as it’s about 2 minutes from the tram station and the facility was relatively clean

Check-in time was 3pm. I requested for an earlier check in time which was declined. I arrived a few minutes before time but was made to wait. It was clean and made up. I was kept waiting till 3. The tram is noisy.
