I was upgraded so I had an extra large room, a family room which I was delighted with. Both bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean and tidy. Also, the double bed was very comfortable too. The you g man at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Decorated lovely, staff incredible and very helpful. Bed as comfy as it could be for the price, windows that open was great in this heat and also provided with tea / coffee facilities and a hairdryer.
The TV didn’t really work properly. It would be on a programme and then all of a sudden the tv would turn off (the Netflix didn’t work either). Also, the shower was lovely once it got hot but it did take a while to heat up.

Room was clean and quiet even with 3 adults in the room - good value for what we needed for the night.
There wasn’t an available spot for us to park so had to find an alternative - wound up parking in the Hospital parking lot for £6 . Would suggest better lighting on the sinage out front of the building so it can been seen from the street - literally drove past it as the entrance is very small and u assuming

The bed was actually comfy & the sheets were clean
The free parking was mainly taken up by one huge van which made it hard to park there. The reception wasn’t always manned. The floor was very uneven
