Nothing, we were double booked ended up with an emergency room that hadn't been cleaned in months and offered a refund which we still haven't received.
Everything the wall had mould on, the beds were uncomfortable, the smoke alarm was covered in tissue paper, we had to wait an hour for them to find us this room but obviously not clean/prepare it. No soap, shampoo or toilet paper provided

Honestly not much other than free parking
The whole place smells awful, as soon as you step out of your car all the way to your room it smelt of cat urine.
It was in a much worse condition than the pictures made it look. It was in a rough area and made us feel unsafe. The car park was full of litter and I was worried about my car being broken into or stolen. The ensuite was disgusting mold on the floor and walls, no hand soap supplied, it felt out dated and not looked after. The bed was like sleeping on a stone, I was genuinely questioning if there was even a mattress. Only a single uncomfortable pillow was supplied so it was very uncomfortable. The front window of the place was smashed and it just gave the whole place a sense of disrepair. The wall decorations were really strange. It just made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Location was close to salford university
It was dirty and run down. The first room had no remote so the guy at reception moved me to the room next door which was just as dirty and disappointing as the first. Dirty walls skirting and corners black. I didn't want to delve too much into the beds. But I sat there on the bed contemplating what I could catch from it and decided i had to leave. I sat on the bed and read the reviews which I should have done before booking. Complaining did not get anyone their money back. So I stayed elsewhere. I was supposed to stay 5 nights but I returned on the 4th day to check out my room key. I figured if I cant get a refund at least they cant rent it to someone else. Reception stank of weed on my arrival and departure.

Lack of empathy/genuine customer service upon arrival. TV does not work at all. Bedside lamp faulty. Shower head holder completely broken off.

Located close to Manchester centre
Dead flies on windowsills, the noise, the smell and general decay. Nearly ÂŁ400 for two rooms for the weekend, and then found out on the morning we were going that it's used by the local council as a halfway house for vulnerable families and drug addicts.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, STAY IN YOUR CAR, IT'LL BE MORE COMFORTABLE

Good location, easy access to central Manchester by bus or train
Unclean room, strange smells, sound from the streets coming in through windows, drafty, unclean bedding and towels

The hotel staff were friendly.
It was not worth the money. It wasn't clean. Things like paint over the floor and walls. Mold in the shower and around the sink.

The staff were very helpful and friendly sorting out an issue with my booking.
We had two rooms, one smelt like smoke and had brown marks on the wall and skirting boards. The Tv was broken in the other room. I also told the staff my car was parked in the parking lot and hey said they would sort parking but I ended up with 2 parking tickets so be very careful if you park there.
Finally the bed was extremely hard and gave me a bad back.

Not a lot apart from being close to McDonald's and a shop
Lack of cleanliness, don't even think the room had been cleaned other than the bed linen which had been changed and was clean, the toilet hadn't been flushed properly, an empty toilet roll was on the holder with two new toilet rolls on the top of the cistern, the shower head didn't look great so we didn't shower, skirting boards were filthy all around the bathroom and room, stained protective bed sheet, didn't risk checking the matress else i'd probably not have slept at all, in the other room we had booked an open packet of condoms was in the bedside table drawer when looking for the tv remote, which there wasn't one. If we'd have had more time we would have checked out asap and found somewhere else to stay.

There was a roof over our head. It's close to the train station and mcdonalds is handy for breakfast.
Where do you start!? I'm not for leaving snooty reviews but when you hear the word 'Imperial' it conjures up images of grandeur. It was a match weekend but the price is quite high for what you are provided. The mattresses are rock hard, there was no quilt on my bed so i had to go downstairs for one. The TV did not work, there was tea and coffee but no kettle. We had to put on a weather app to drown out the noise of the people on the street below and the neigbouring room. They potentially have a good product here catering for people going to watch United but it's a bit cheeky to have the price so high when the basics are not met. It's more like a men's doss house. It was quite grim on the first night and I had to take a stiff drink to make it feel more pleasant. If they could improve the bedding, ensure the telly worked and that there was a kettle in the room it would be a massive plus but I wouldnt come here again. I'd spend the extra schekels on a premier inn.

The bed was rock hard and felt like I was laying on the floor. The pillows. Well your head sank. The bedding smelt musty. The who room stank of urine. Like it was engrained in the carpets. There was black mould all over the bathroom. The shower doors were hanging off. The shower went from cold to burning hot. Was unable to use.

Across the road from the Salford Crescent train station, with a mcdonalds and and a takeaway nearby. Plenty of bus stops nearby too. Tesco etc about a 15 min walk away for snacks.
Usually I'm not fussy and laugh at some peoples grumpy feedback on perfectly fine places, but I wish I'd listened to the negative reviews. No soundproofing whatsoever (could hear everything in the neighbouring rooms and down the corridor, as well as every conversation outside and down the street), bed as hard as a rock, plugs with things stuck in them, shower door that was broken, funny stains on the walls and ceiling, and a room door that took me four tries to lock. Noise is never usually an issue for me as I'm used to traffic outside my house, but being able to hear relatively low conversations, and parents telling kids to calm down and then looping their quiet music from other rooms wasn't fun, especially when you've got an early start the next morning. Couldn't even be mad at the family, they were trying their hardest to be quiet!

Nothing to like about this place. Absolutely nothing.
We arrived and hour early and had to pay ÂŁ10 for early check in. It was a small complex, so we found the rooms in a matter of minutes, but when we opened the doors we were shocked! Both rooms smelled like an ashtray, even though they were supposed to be smoke free. We made a complaint at the front desk and were met with no understanding and no help. No offer too switch rooms or inspection of the rooms.
Our booking was for 3 nights. We made a refund request immediately and booking.com's customer support made a request for en exception to charge a refund fee. It took 48 hours for them to reject this request with no explanation
Unless you love the smell of an ashtray, you should never consider a stay at this hotel!

Bathroom was mouldy and had a really bad smell. The radiator was hanging off from the wall, there was thick dust on everything. There was thick black mould on the window frames. There were Staines all over the blind. there was something brown on the double bed`s bed post. There was blood or possibly coffee splattered un the skirting board and up the wall in the top bedroom. The light fitting had broken glass, the wall paper was severely marked. The room smelt of mould and weed!
We did not feel safe in the location and the room was in appalling condition. I have video and pictures to prove this. We did not stay, we left with a loss of ÂŁ104.00 for the room "which I would like paid back to me back to me based on false advertising" I paid ÂŁ10 cash for early entry into my room and we also lost ÂŁ55.00 for the Stadium tour we had pre paid for. We were going to go to the stadium tour the next day.

Leaving.
Every room smells of smoke. I had bedbugs. It's more of a homeless shelter than a hotel with people staying their hanging out outside all day.
It's cheap .. but, book somewhere else.

Everything, stains and hairs left on bed, bathroom stunk couldn’t even open the door without audibly gagging. They offered us a deluxe room, we looked again and by our surprise, more hairs and stains on the “deluxe” room beds. Yellow towels and overall poor cleanliness. Lazy realistically. Waste of our money and had to spend more getting a new hotel. Didn’t feel safe in this hotel, didn’t feel safe leaving my car outside either. Only offered partial refund to which we are furious about. DONT STAY HERE!

One mirror on the wardrobe door which you wouldn’t be able to use any make up or hair things as nowhere to plug anything in or a table to put it on

Location, WiFi was good
Small rooms, dirty towels, people nipping out at all hours, smelt of smoke and weed, bed was absolutely rock hard, tv didn’t work, only half the sockets worked, lamp missing out the wall light, tea wasn’t stocked back up. Generally very disappointing

The receptionist was lovely and helped me move rooms.
My first room was not cleaned: the bed was not made and there were a pair of shorts on the bed. There was an unflushed wee in the toilet.
The second room had no hand soap in the bathroom, a stain on the hand towel, stains on the pillows, no kettle (the receptionist brought me one) and it was boiling hot. I requested a fan and it got delivered to me really late (around 10:15pm - I was half asleep and it really startled me that was someone was knocking on the door).
The staff were nice but the cleanliness and facilities were really poor and I won’t be staying here again.

The bed and room
The shower room needs to be expanded, as it was not big enough
