Great location otherwise poor

Location was great

Beds are rock hard, stayed for two nights and my back was so sore. Outside needs updating and a clean. Try to dodgy the bird s**t at the entrance also

It’s very good value, good location, friendly staff

The carpets in the landings of each floor really need a good vacuuming, especially the edges. Also the tap in room 423 was lose, the toilet door would not stay closed. The window was draughty. Also we booked a twin room specifically to avoid the family room with the bunk above the bed. When we arrived (admittedly late in the evening) the twin rooms had all been allocated to other guests.

The breakfast isn’t great. Lots of places very close by that would be e better, cheaper option than what’s on offer at the hotel

Clean and tidy, comfortble place to sleep. Handy for the Metrolink station.

Meets the expectations

It's a very good price/quality. The room was clean, good size, comfortable bed and nice shower

The location is slightly outside the city (technically not even in Manchester but in Salford) but it's a short bus ride from the centre so it's doable. Also the breakfast assortment could be slightly expended (maybe add pistolets or small baguettes) but it was overal very nice

Very well located for us to go to work the next day and not have our usual commute Room was cosy and clean Check in staff were lovely Only minor was the telly worked intermittently Toilet shower sink bedroom etc were all really good value for the money

Clean, good location. McDonald’s across the road convenient. Price was really good.

Price was selling point.

The breakfast was a Continental so it was mediocre at best. The coffee machine is dated and the coffee taste was very bitter. The room could have done with 1 more pillow.

The options for the breakfast lacked. The pancake machine is a gimmick for the wait for size of cake produced. Could do with a revamp imo.

Excellent front desk, terrible policy on not showing up. Confirm first before selling rooms twice.

The fact that the hotel had sold (and would sell) my paid room because I arrived a day later, yet it was paid for. It is as if life works as planned in the eyes of Ibis Managers. That is terrible optimisation! My room should be avalable even if I did not show up. My suggestion - is you call me to see if I will ever show up b4 you sell it on.
