We love this place. It is all part of the package of visiting Old Trafford. Waking up every morning and seeing Manchester United in lights was the cherry on top of the experience. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay especially the person who checked in and gave suggestions of what to visit in Manchester.

I phoned Marriot about sorting out an accessible room as the showers in standard rooms aren't suitble. but when we got to our room, it was a standard room. Sadly, because I phoned, I had no proof via email, so the receptionist was like 'sorry, but it wasn't asked for'
