Nice and spacious and we did get a room upgrade to have a room with an extra annex which was nice

It wasn’t amazingly clean in the bathroom. There seemed to be a toothpaste splatter on the sliding door It was also incredibly hot- like uncomfortably hot. It also started to increase in heat around check out time which was 12 and I don’t know if that was midday heat or if that’s a tool they use to get people out of the room. Anyway we were almost sick with the heat and you couldn’t alter the thermostat

Very clean. Good tram link to the city. Free secure parking.

Bed was very hard. Not 4 star. King beds small. Breakfast very average and under par with drinks. Service below par. Phone didn’t work in room. No bottles of water. Very limited tea and coffee. Photos didn’t match hotel lobby/breakfast.
