Very comfy bed, clean and staff very welcoming. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony which was a nice surprise

The view from the hotel room was great onto the cricket pitch and the room was nice and clean.
The bed wasn't the comfiest and also the pictures when we booked it looked nothing like the room we got. (No smart TV, smeg kettle/fridge).

The location is tremendous whether you like cricket or not. It is a great base to get into town . The balcony view of the cricket ground is superb and the room was fantastic. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Due to a system problem all check in's had to be completed manually. This caused a 45-minute check in delay. Huge confusion between staff and guests feeling frustrated. I was given the wrong room due to the wrong code written; however, they offered complimentary breakfast for my full family, due to the inconvenience caused. Room was clean and spacious. Some minor issues like cupboard handle damaged but nothing serious. The view of the cricket ground was amazing. breakfast was excellent. Checking out was much easier.
