first of all i want to thank ian senior his an amazing man goes above and beyond such a caring person upgraded me for free with a pitch view i had great welcoming the room was really good clean everything the hotel is great location not far from trafford centre 10min drive also other locations only disappointing thing was the pillows they wasn’t comfortable at all had a sore neck in morning would definitely book again

the room was very clean and comfy and the wifi was speedy and reliable, the staff who checked me in and out were also very friendly.
