My stay was good, the room had everything I needed and was comfortable enough. The only slight issue was the computer system was down when I arrived so I had to wait over an hour to be able to check in. Although IT issues happen, perhaps it wasn’t dealt with ideally in this instance as there were many, many people waiting to check in, we were asked to wait at the bar but weren’t even given a complementary water while waiting and were expected to buy drinks if wanted. However, once the system was back up everyone was quickly and efficiently checked in.

Quiet, convenient for tram. Free parking. Good breakfast. All amenities acceptable. Nothing special, but good location for getting in to city centre and for Old Trafford stadium. Only negative was that I found the bed uncomfortable

Fantastic room with a clear view of the cricket pitch thanks to a small balcony and huge windows. Room was extremely comfortable and well appointed, it was spotlessly clean and an absolute joy to stay here. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again, now my go to hotel while visiting Manchester.

Our room is large, clean and modern. Also, we have been upgraded to pitch side which is great. Some downsides but quickly fixed. Our shower had broken but someone arrived promptly to repair it. There is free parking with a coffee shop on site plus a restaurant and bar.

Superb stay for the T20 match Lancs v Kent. Great views - ultra clean room in the newly built part of the hotel. Service was superb too. Need to have a table available on the balcony - everyone was using the ironing board !!

Myself and my colleague both had rooms directly next to the lift which was very noisy for a large portion of the night and in the early morning. The basin plug was dirty with lots of hairs stuck inside which was off putting. Everything else was great.

The room was amazing, the view of cricket grounds was just superb, the weather was super hot wish we booked another night BUT problem was sofa bed worst night sleep on that ever.. booked room for 3 ppl, 2 singles and sofa bed.. the beds just great but me on sofa bed was misserable the mattress on it was so thin could feel the bed bars, took mattress put in floor to see if better, but no mattress was lumpy as hell ..why such good quality hotel have such bad sofa beds wat a let down, and also 3 guests but only 2 cups, 2 glass, 2 teaspoons beds had 2 pillows sofabed had 1 .. nothin major that tho but its just common sense
