Great location if you are visiting Old Trafford. Close to shops and trams.
The room was dirty and is in need of updating and decoration. Very disappointed with the standard. From looking at the pictures supplied on booking.com the rooms look very nice, but unfortunately that is not the case.

Good value. Good location if you’re a fan of Man Utd because very close to the stadium
There was no fridge or milk for tea or coffee

Nothing
It was nothing like we expected. Didn't look anything like the photos. We didn't actually stay here as felt unsafe, unclean and nothing like we expected. Obviously would like a full refund.

Kettle and cups in the room to use id rather die … the whole place needs fumigating

It was decorated in Manchester United colours.
I am nearly 60 years old and live with several long‑term health conditions, including heart failure, diabetes, hypertension, and anaemia. On a very cold night in January, the temperature in my hotel room dropped drastically. I could feel cold air around my feet, and once the heating went off I began to shiver violently, which can indicate the early stages of hypothermia.
Given my health conditions, this was particularly concerning. I believe the hotel should provide an additional heater for situations like this. I raised the issue with the manager, who told me that other guests have reported the same problem, but the owner has refused to take action. I had to put on all of my clothes, including my coat, just to get through the night.

The bed was very comfortable and it was a very good price for one night.
We weren’t given any toilet roll however we just bought some so wasn’t much of an issue.

Very close to the stadium. So if you are watching a game at old trafford, this is a nice place to stay. It also has a great matchday atmosphere with the pub downstairs and the fans coming in. Bed linen and arrangements were great. Good comfortable sleep and also great Manchester United decorations with everything in Red and also the big logo in the room. Extremely supportive staff who are always a call or a text away. That helped me with things and also the self service is great.
Locating the main door to the rooms were a bit hassle. Maybe they can put some markers on the main door. The bath and toilet facilities were not too great. It was okay but for the price they charge, i would expect better. The toilet flush handle was loose and broken, similar with the paper hanger. The water pressure in the bath was also not great. I didn't mind much as i stayed for a day but again for the price being charged , i would expect better.

The beds were really comfortable and clean
They was more than enough coffee tea sugar milk
Nice and quiet barely heard a peep from outside/ in other rooms hallways
The only thing that was missing was the radiator had a leak and soaked the carpet which I informed the staff of and it has since been sorted and fixed.

Location is good for people going to the stadium. Lots of takeaways around it. Bed was comfortable.
Holes in walls, big stain on the carpet, bathroom was in need of repair. Decor damaged. It felt run down and i feel i should have paid half the price i did. Half way through the night the heating was off and the room was freezing i ended up sleeping in my coat to get warm again. The repairs wouldnt take a lot to do to get the room nice at all.

The room was very cozy, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The complementary tea and coffee was much appreciated! The hotel is very easy to find and there is plenty of street parking.
The water glasses were a little bit dusty but other than that, everything was great.

I chose the Old Trafford Stadium Hotel as I was attending a music festival nearby, as I was on a budget I chose to ignore the many negative reviews, and I'd only be there to sleep and shower. The shower worked fine and the bed was quite comfortable, so while there were better hotels nearby this was decent value for money for a budget traveller.
The room was kept too hot, the tea/coffee facilities were minimal and I struggled to get more on the TV than BBC IPlayer. Also I had to be rather sparing with the toilet paper.

Location perfect for Old Trafford
Very basic, very old, fairly run down, not very clean. Very good location but to be honest I wouldn't go back to this room

Where it was
Room was cold. Bed was too small for a teenager and adult.

Brilliant price and had everything I needed, lost my phone at the concert I was staying here for and the building code and room code was on that phone, owner was very understanding and helped sort it out for me.
Bed was comfy and temperature was fine, not too warm and not too cold, had a good night sleep.
Only small issue was the TV, I couldn't find the wifi listed to use Netflix or any of the streaming services on there despite showing wifi available on the door, perhaps I was missing something but would be nice if this was offered or explained more clearly if it was something I was doing wrong.

Location for the 🏉 the host was there to help straight away.
£225 for 1 nyt was steep. Think they cashed in on the occasion. Served its purpose, but it wouldn't be my 1st choice.

Close to the venue we were attending, Tony showed us to our apartment which was massive and there was everything we needed. Clean, beautiful rooms, towels, tea, coffee etc. We had a great time. Thank you.
Nothing, it was brilliant

I booked this hotel as a no frills cheaper end of the scale as I wasn't arriving until 10pm and leaving the following morning at 06.30.
I am a believer of you get what you pay for however the building was a derelict pub it would have been unsafe for me if I was travelling solely, the private parking it was advertised as having was padlocked we had to park on the road which voided my husband's company car insurance.
The room that was supposed to be superior was awful and had visible vomit stains on the carpet.
Does anyone visit these properties to enable them to be listed ? Worst place I have ever stayed in.
Everything.

The location
A complete filthy room with expired milk to offer. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Only empty sachets of shampoo inside the shampoo. I got a text with the code for self check-in. It was the wrong one.
When I left, I got hold of them, and they said they would refund me. I'm still waiting for the refund.

Disappointing and Misleading – Not a Real Hotel
I booked the Old Trafford Stadium Hotel through Booking.com, expecting a proper hotel experience, but unfortunately, it was very misleading. This is not a hotel in the traditional sense—it felt more like a converted house, and definitely shouldn't be listed as a hotel on booking platforms.
The entrance was located in a backyard area, which felt unwelcoming and made things difficult, especially for my young niece who was quite intimidated by the steep, narrow stairs. The room itself was very small, far from what we expected based on the listing.
Cleanliness was also a concern—the shower and toilet facilities were not up to standard. Given the overall experience, the price we paid was far too high and not justified at all.
I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for families or travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and cleanliness. Booking.com should reconsider how this property is listed to avoid misleading others.

Absolutely nothing to like about this Hotel, I wouldnt even let my cat stay here.
Smashed windows everywhere, graffitied walls, smell of urine, outdated and just not clean at all. Should not be allowed to advertise on here as a hotel. Well overpriced at £100.00 and when asked if we could have a refund and not stay there they refused
