Room next door to the lift very loud banging shouting people up down stairs and for 230 quid waste of money tried to speak to manger not interested very disappointed with Hoildays inn and I stay in a lot a 4 hour drive to get aswell no sleep for us all

Great location, average rooms

Location was the main thing. It’s good that there was a car park on site and the hotel was close to the theatre we were heading for. Pleasant surroundings as well, which meant it was a lovely walk down to our destination. We enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were great.

The only negative I have is that the bedroom and bathroom we stayed in was very tired and grubby. For one night, it wasn’t the end of the world, but the bathroom in particular had seen better days. Damaged tiling, grubby grout work and a loo roll holder that was hanging off the wall. Thankfully I didn’t have a small child with me, as the sharp end of the only screw holding it on the wall was exposed. Dangerous. And not something housekeeping staff would have been unaware of? The other concerning thing would be that the air conditioning unit appeared to have been hanging off the wall as well. There was a gap all round the back of it where it was hanging on for dear life. I only noticed this in the morning, or I might have thought twice about sleeping on that side of the bed. A bit of a disappointment on that front.

Superb and would highly recommend especially if having young children with you.

Location of as superb, parking on site and the hotel staff were all very friendly, courteous and efficient. Lots of smiling. Family room was very comfortable and very clean. Able to get complimentary toiletries if you have forgotten anything. Would certainly stay there again.

Lovely setting, breakfast always a bonus, room is cosy and has everything that you need in it and the staff are friendly and approachable. The facilities such as the restaurant and bar are also a nice touch

The location was good to get in and out of the city with having a tram stop near by.

The rooms had plenty of space and good views as we were on the 5th floor .We have been here 2 times now .We will be back again some time. 10 out of 10 .Breakfast was good too plenty to choose from and you can take your time with it .we got booked in early too.staff are welcoming too. please can We say a big thank you to rohan cullen Team leader for the help he gave us to do with our booking and carpark .

The hotel itself is very clean, the staff super friendly and always about. A good couple night's sleep in a comfy bed. Location great, close to everything. Would come back here in future.

Reception check in very efficient and friendly

Room was tiny and dated for the 3 of us. Bed uncomfortable and sofa bed for son was even worse. Air conditioning unit leaked. Couldn't use tea and coffee in room as the double bed for my son took up all the space in front of the tea making facilities. Very expensive for what it is.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Very handy to have parking. The rooms had everything in that you would need and the beds were very comfortable.

Parking was very handy but the additional cost on top makes it quite a pricey stay. Make sure you ask for a discount code at the reception otherwise you really will pay through the roof.

Run down hotel with poor facilities.

Awful hotel which is so outdated. Horrible bedrooms that didn’t even have a power socket near the beds. Carpet smelt off urine. I’ll never stay with Holiday Inn again.

Hectic getting there,expensive parking comfortable beds food lovely

Its with 10-15 minutes travel time to the Trafford Shopping Centre lovely surroundings to walk about and enjoy the views.

Well im still annoyed now my daughter arrived before us as we had hit 3 Accidents on our 2 1/2 hr journey which in the end meant it had actually taken us 6 1/2 hrs with a screaming 18 month old who hates sitting still. My daughter had told reception she was there with 3 other and had parked outside and Not one of the staff told her as we were staying in the hotel we needed a code so by the time we had got there and sorted rooms out she paid the parking at a cost if £60. £30 for each car. This is disgusting she should have been asked about parking arrangements and given a code. Also i thought it was policy that the main person who booked the three rooms was the person that needed to check in. If that would have been the case we wouldnt have been ripped off for the parking. As we only stayed the one night.

Great location and lovely staff

The hotel is ideally situated in Salford Quays within easy access to pubs, restaurants and public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. There was also plenty of pace in the car park outside which made life so much easier.
