The house was not clean at all , Bad smell in house

Not much, it was close to family living close by

There was damp and mould on the ceilings. Electrical cables just hanging from the ceiling. Plaster missing from walls. The blinds had tape holding them together. The front "area" was a disgrace. Paved over with weeds growing and paving all damaged. I would supply more pics but they will only allow to upload four.

I didnt like that the place didnt smell that nice there was ants everywhere and even on the fridge the was a lot of stains on couches the floor was sticky and dirty the fridge stank like fish the water was stinking as well. I wouldnt mind my money back honestly for the stay or even at least half of it because it was not worth it at all

Very good

A price per night ratio is unbeatable. Spacious apartment with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The heating was turned off when we arrived, so it was quite cold, but Austin was helpful via phone and managed to solve it in minutes. Great and helpful host.

The wifi signal is relatively week and the connection was intermittent. Parts of the downstairs bathroom were a bit rough and not well maintained. The apartment is a 20 minutes drive from city center and there isn't a lot nearby. Nearest pub is 2 miles. This is not a negative, but an information I was missing beforehand.

We didn’t stay. Got a refund and went to a premier inn.

The owner was very nice and understanding.

There was no box for me to use the given code to collect the keys. I felt like I had to poke around to locate them. I found them in an odd place. Once in, the floor was sticky, beds hadn’t been made, nothing had been cleaned and mess everywhere. The previous clients had a party and there was confusion about getting the house cleaned in time for us. Even if it was cleaned, it didn’t seem well equipped.

size - the price we paid was certainly good value for the property. but we couldn’t relax and get comfortable unfortunately.

generally didn’t feel clean, smelt damp, sticky floors - just a bit grotty. no curtain in one of the bedrooms - was very difficult to sleep.

We rang the host who was really lovely over the phone and was very helpful. Deposit was refunded very quickly when emailed my bank details. Overall very pleased with our stay and definitely recommend. Worth the price. Thank you xx

just what we needed for one night

property was clean and spacious. it was easy to find and our host was polite and helpful. My deposit was paid back promptly

we couldn’t work the tv and Wi-Fi connection was poor. this, we were only there for 1 night so wasn’t to much of an issue

Very helpfull and friendly host. Spacious living room, beautiful, wel equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood.

The place could have been a bit more tidy. The bedrooms would need curtains and some more furniture would make the place more cosy.
