The location was fantastic, very handy 2 minute walk to the tram into Manchester City centre. The house was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The beds we quite 'creaky', they made noise at every turn.

Great host, comfortable stay.

Lovely, quiet base for a busy weekend in Manchester. Nice welcome treats. Fab space to relax with friends. Close to the tram station.

There was no blind on the bathroom window. It has frosted glass but this didn't give enough privacy, particularly as it faces other houses.
