There was no cleanliness and i spent my whole night on sofa as i was not able to sleep on bed because of the unpleasant smell

Price and location amazing but filthy.
Comfy beds.
No heating. No hot water. Dirty used bar of hand soap, half rolls of toilet roll, opened and used toothpaste left. Dirty used sponges for dishes, no clean dishes at all the cups are stuck to the inside of the cupboard and dirty inside, Rubbish left in the draws and a very dirty floor. No mat or hand towel in the bathroom and no plug sockets in the bedrooms and lastly a massive water patch on the ceiling from a leak.
