It’s ok but because of the bathroom issues, I won’t book it again.

It was clean.

The private bathroom is on the corridor and no keys to lock it, so isn’t that private! No warm water to take a shower, no light in bathroom!

Decent value for money, though the lack of hot water and basic amenities affected the experience

The apartment was good overall and reasonably priced for my stay in Manchester. However, I experienced an issue with the hot water — the boiler was set to cold, and the instructions in the apartment clearly stated not to reset it. As a result, there was no hot water for a shower, and unfortunately I had to leave the following day without being able to shower. Additionally, small amenities such as an electric kettle for tea or coffee would have made the stay more comfortable, especially since there is no kitchen and breakfast is not provided. That said, the apartment itself was clean and in a convenient location, and I would consider staying again if the hot water issue and small amenity improvements are addressed.

Uncomfortable.

The accomodation was probably a shared house. Very noisy people in the next room. The walls were very thin. Bathroom and toilet facilities was outside the room making it difficult to leave the room during the night to use the bathroom as I was unsure about my safety in regards to who my neighbours were. Ensuite rooms should be provided for travellers and tourists. Also, the cushion on the bed could do with replacing. They looked like they had been used for a very long time. Sheets looked old. I had to place my jumper on the pillow to prevent my skin from touching the pillow. I could not sleep under the duvet for that reason. Definitely not booking again.

Not the best place to stay

WiFi was OK. There is a kitchen with a microwave, a fridge and some utilities but to get in you have to pass through a living room with people sleeping in the sofa (quite embarrassing).

The room is too small and the bathroom even more (the sink almost useless, you can wash only one hand). The stairs are so small it was hard to pass with my small luggage. The suburban area is not good at all, no sidewalk and very bad faces around, we didn't feel safe.

This place is brilliant for the cost, I felt right at home, I didn’t feel anxious or awkward I felt well and truly relax

The property was clean, smelled nice, good location we hadn’t had any bad experiences, near nice shops and restaurants, other residents are nice, bed as so comfy, I really enjoyed my stay and I’m very likely to come back, met the cleaning lady she was lovely to chat with

No pans or pots for cooking I believe only 1 small frying pan, Netflix didn’t work on the tv when we were there

Great value for money, it was comfortable and I was happy there was a small heater.

Parking on the street and in what seems a rough area, bathroom wasn't extremely clean and there was no shower gel.

Room smelt a bit weird and shower difficult to work.

Private bathroom was good to have.

When I arrived the room was a bit smelly, almost like sweat (maybe it was the bedsheets or something else) The shower was difficult to work as the water was either too hot or too cold, difficult to find the right balance. The rest of the property seemed fine but I only stayed for one night so didn't really use the shared spaces. The location is around a 30 min walk by foot to the city centre. Altogether I probably wouldn't stay again.

Only thing great is the location

Location, kitchen facilities were great

Room was so small I almost had no room to pray, Heating didn't work so I had to use the portable heater to keep my face warm but it still didn't help so I had trouble sleeping. Provided wardrobe was OK but since the room was so small it made it difficult to do just about anything expect sleep. Wifi was really bad, the QR code provided would not scan so I had to find the SSID a different way and it was so slow I had to use my 4G to get anything done Parking is free but good luck finding a spot. Sage to say I don't think I will be booking this place again as even for 1 night it was not worth the headache

Love this place to stay again , As I Arrived Late night for check in response from host great welcoming & helpful for check in process, overall Nice & Neat place to live , Just need to adjust check out time at least 11 to 12am As they shared the check out time 10am which is default to manage , and one more thing spring metres need to get more comfortable,

Didn’t realise there was any breakfast! Comfortable bed. Everywhere very clean.

Don’t need decorative vase on bedside table—instead need table lamp to save getting out of bed to turn off light. Balancing on step outside front door to reach key box was hazardous—I’m not tall and could only just reach to key in code. Tricky. Risked falling. Needed more info re removing key from box

The property was lovely and was only 5/10 minutes by taxi to the city centre/everywhere we needed to go/be. Bed was comfortable and the room was tidy as was the bathroom…Great value for money would definitely recommend!

It is not 6 minutes from the centre, buses are unreliable and taxi cost over £10 eachway. So what we saved on hotel price we paid in transport to and from the location
