Friendly host and great value for money.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The place was clean and tidy, great value for money.

Totally negative.

Could not get into the property - had to book into a hotel. Owner said I should have phoned him when I could not get the digital lock to work (after many, many attempts) He had not provided me with any contact details. We were booked in for two nights - and did not use any of the facilites at all. No offer of any refund. I am in the proccess of taking this matter up with my credit card provider.

Good value for money with easy access from Motorway.

Chris was great, had slight issues getting in but he sorted them remotely. For the price I paid I was pleasantly surprised. As this was the first time I'd stayed with a host I was a little apprehensive however on meeting Chris he was friendly and ameniable. The room itself was just what I needed. comfy bed and somewhere to relax. Although I didn't use much of the facilities bedroom, kitchen and bathroom were well apointed and had everything I needed.

A great Haven to come back to after a busy day socialising with my family.

The room is very comfortable and the location is just right for anybody seeking a base in North Manchester. The shower was so good and there was plenty of hot water. The host is very personable, and the layout of the flat where you stay is very private.

There is nothing that comes to mind to be honest... especially as I think the host has priced the accommodation very fairly. It is very good value for what you get.

Quiet, clean, safe, comfortable and great location.

The location was great, a 10 min walk from the tram stop. Chris, the owner was very friendly, welcoming & helpful. As a lone female travelling for work, finding places to stay can be a worry but I felt completely comfortable and safe and would recommend this place. I ate in a lovely pizza place and was able to run in Prestwich Park, which was gorgeous. It was quiet, clean and safe.

Perfect location for Heaton Park, Manchester and the surrounding areas. Set in a nice safe location with plenty of local amenities. Very well equipped and had a “friendly feeling”

A well thought out property. Never really heard from Chris (the host / landlord) until we left, but had plenty of messages through booking.com to make sure we knew all the in’s and outs. Left us a few beers in the fridge, offered to sort us a brekkie and even got us a few bucket hats as we were there for Oasis ‘25. We couldn’t have asked for more from a host!

Clean, quiet and comfortable with a friendly host who was accessible when we had any questions. Being in a stranger's flat could have felt awkward but Chris made us welcome and was amenable. He made it feel comfortable sharing his living space. For us it was a good location, with public transport within easy reach.

Uniquely positive stay with the owner! I love the experience!

The size of the room is amazing! I could literally do an easy cartwheel and I’m 5’10! Love the extra pillows, the extra sheets! Beyond the aesthetics (as the owner is doing fantastic renovations of the unit), the strength of this property for me is Chris, the owner. I was having an online exam and he let me use his desk table, even created a guest profile and let me use his Mac! In the morning, he allowed me stay an hour after the check out because I was preparing for a job interview. Hey, Chris, I got the job! Thanks for your warm accommodation, I slept well because my room was super cozy and clean. Can’t wait to stay again and hopefully all renovations are done! Clean unit - guaranteed! Clean kitchen - guaranteed! Clean toilet - guaranteed! WiFi Connection - guaranteed! Lovely walk or jog in park, 2 min walk to the bus stop, 5 min walk to the restaurant! Lovely, lovely property and location!

Not that I didn’t like but just for the sake of saying something, I look forward for the completion of the renovation. Its 95% done. Oh! Maybe put back the study desk and warm lamp in the room. Very minor that can be easily resolved.
