A very uncomfortable stay due to poor communication, no heating, and unclean conditions.

Our stay in Manchester was very disappointing. There was no clear information on how to get into the property, and no one was there to assist us on arrival. We had been told by the contact on Booking that someone would come to turn on the heating, but no one ever came, and the room was freezing. The person we chatted with didn’t even know which room we were allocated and told us to just check any room ourselves, which was confusing and unprofessional. On top of that, the property was dirty and not properly cleaned. Overall, the lack of communication, heating, and cleanliness made this a very uncomfortable stay. Improvements are urgently needed before this place can be recommended.

worst stay ever

nothing, it was horrible

the room was difficult to find, as someone else had taken our room. the owner couldnt open the door to let us into the building, or the room, and we got locked out twice. we also got locked in at one point. there was hairs on the beds when we got to the room, and a used towel on the dresser. we felt incredibly unsafe the entire stay, and was forced to leave early so we could actually get some rest. the bathroom was filthy and revolting. we were told that we would have our own bathroom, but did not, we had to share with strange men, wich made us feel unsafe as young women. it was the worst hotel ive ever been to

Unhygienic, full of dust everywhere, bedside tables pillows were dirty and full of hairs.

Very disappointing - I could not stay the night.

The location

I could not get in to the property and when I called the host it went to answer phone. I text and then had to wait outside until I got a reply which eventuallygave me the combination for the key pad. I had not been told before hand that there was a key pad on the door and that I would need the code. The hall stairs landing and room was clean. The bathroom was very dirty - no toilet paper, soap scum on bath, toothpaste spray on mirrors from guests cleaning their teeth. Very shabby and not looked after. The kitchen had no proper crockery, the kitchen cupboard doors were sticky with grease, the cupboards were full of DIY equipment (spray adhesive etc) and old coffee jars. The fridge had no shelves in it. I did not stay.

Abandoned House, just take money from card, locked house, nobody inside... Sleep on the street... 10 days ago still no responding for refund....

it was disgustingly dirty. literally sh*t in the toilet before we got there. would never stay again. would rather sleep on the street.
