terrible don’t waste your money on this property

nothing

got locked out of property, am valuables inside, key code was wrong and when given correct code no key was inside so all valuables were locked in. owner told us multiple times that he wasn’t the owner and wouldn’t open the door for us. not sure if he was trying to scam and steal our things but we had to get other people involved to get in. stains everywhere, room not as described, didn’t stay there after getting our stuff back

absolutely disgrace, pulled up and it wasn’t even a hotel it was a house, nothing like the pictures wish we took some, got there looked like it had been smashed up, key safe was also smashed. didn’t even dare go in the outside was bad enough. looked like a death trap didn’t feel safe as all had to ring my parents to make sure we wasn’t being dramatic and they totally agreed with us, 2 young girl we wasn’t staying there i tried to contact the owner a couple of weeks ago and they didn’t even bother picking up the phone i also emailed got no reply left a voice mail for them to ring back and they never did. being 3 hours away from home made it even worse ended up having to spend more money on somewhere to stay as there was absolutely no chance we was staying there. we have no contacted booking.com to try and get a refund. avoid at all cost

My stay was really stressful at the beginning but the bed at night made it a bit pleasant.

Unclean, unorganised and freezing.

Not much.

The owner wasn’t available therefore we had no access to the property, after travelling over 100 miles with my child. If it wasn’t for a neighbour near by we would have had nowhere to stay. Not to mention how unclean the property was.

Don’t do it. You’d be better off sleeping the local tip

Absolute disgrace. Kitchen: Food on work top and stove was there Friday at arrival, still there Sunday as leaving. Drainer filthy. Place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Didn’t even dare open cupboards or fridge let alone touch the taps or kettle. All totally filthy. Went out and bought our own kettle and cups to keep in room as ‘tea making, tea, etc as facilities’ didn’t exist. Bannisters and hand rails filthy. Room: Stains on carpet and bedding. Grubby surfaces. Bought disinfectant wipes to clean everywhere. En suite: Looks like a newly fitted room, very hot water. One towel provided. No toilet paper. Soap watered down. Sink and mirror hadn’t been cleaned. Toilet cistern needed fixing as constantly running. Bought TP, soap so ended up spending quite a bit on cleaning supplies and essentials. Pretty much lasted it out for 2 nights sleep out of necessity and no local digs available due to Oasis gig.

Terrible place, terrible service - avoid at ALL costs

Absolutely nothing.

Place was disgusting, service was poor as there was almost no correspondence with host when we weren't supplied the lockbox code upon arrival. Dirt and mess in every corner of the house, can't believe a property this awful is allowed to be listed.

Gostei, me hospedaria novamente.

Mohamed foi muito atencioso, me ajudou a subir bom as bagagens para o quarto. O quarto é bem espaçoso e o banheiro novinho. Nos permitiram também usar a máquina de lavar, isso é ótimo

A cozinha de fato não era a das mais limpas, muita gordura do fogão, utensílios etc… achei que faltou utensílios para usar, como talheres, pratos e copos, abri todos os armários e não os encontrei, usei o que tinha no escorredor de louça. Também acho que faltou utensílios no quarto como ventilador.
