The property was clean and uncluttered. The host was polite and friendly. I had access to the bathroom whenever I needed it. I slept well. It was in easy reach of the tram network. There were some pleasant green waterside spaces nearby.
I didn’t know in advance whether there was WiFi. It was a nice surprise, but I’d have preferred to know beforehand. There were some voices from next door audible in the evening but they weren’t really distracted and stopped quite early.
