Really nice, relaxing stay in a perfect location with lots of beautiful beaches and restaurants.

Super location, very close to everything, town, beaches, restaurants and bus. Lovely, decent, honest and helpful family who run the apartments. Fairly good kitchen facilities if you wish to cook yourself, however there are lots of very cheap restaurants in the area and I am sure many people will not use the kitchen. Nice balcony and view (third/top floor).

The apartment was a little light on storage ie drawers for clothing, also probably could have done with a few more decent hangers. Whilst it was perfect for us, I was there with my wife and because I snore my wife slept in the bedroom (double bed) whilst I slept in the reception area which consisted of a reasonable sized living/dining/kitchen area which contained two single beds. This may be a consideration depending on the family dynamic or group you are sharing with as the two singles are not in a self contained bedroom but shared space. Our room was third storey which was no problem as we are both reasonably fit, active people in our early 60s and the flights of stairs were not too taxing, however others may wish to consider or require a ground or lower floor.

Muy buena ubicación, con parking y material para cocinar. Cómodo para quedarse en grupo en esa zona. Fuimos en octubre y hacía bastante frío, pero los dueños nos trajeron mantas extra sin problema.

Si te toca dormir en el salón entra mucha luz del exterior a través de la puerta. No se duerme bien allí.

Hermoso departamento y atención

Ubicación perfecta para ir caminando a las playas de la ciudad, estacionamiento dentro del complejo, especial comentario para el encargado siempre disponible para cualquier ayuda y con una sonrisa, nos quedamos 5 días y al tercero nos ofrecieron cambiar sábanas y toallas gratis. Camas cómodas

Solo necesitaría un poco más de vajilla/utensilios/artefactos de cocina

Храната беше много добра, сравнително автина и достъпна

Плажовете са платени 25-30 евро за два шезлонга и чадър и морето изведнъж става дълбоко. Пясъка не е добър, а на централния плаж Paradise водата не е чиста. Ако нямате място за паркиране в хотела по улиците е невъзможно паркирането. Няма тротоари за пешеходците както и пешеходна зона. Има много тесни улички, неудобни за маневри.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was very close to the center and the beaches. The place was very clean. The amenities offered in the garden were nice. Transportation was easy. The host was very attentive and kind. We enjoyed our vacation freely. We were very satisfied. Definitely recommend it!

Es war ein Kühlschrank mit Getränken vor dem Haus wo man sich jederzeit für einen guten Preis etwas holen konnte. Die Aussicht im obersten Apartment war super!

El anfitrion nos recibio para ayudarnos con el equipaje y el estacionamiento en el lugar. Han sido muy amables en todo momento. La ubicacion es excelente, las playas estan a 5 min a pie.

No hay nada para decir en contra. Solo recomendaria que tengan servicio de cuna, porque no he sido la unica con bebes.

Lovely apartment in a great location with helpful hosts.

We stayed in a lovely apartment which is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the garden. We never really used the kitchen as we found it cheaper to eat out. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and informative and the free parking was a great benefit as this is a busy area and parking is at premium. One of the major advantages of this apartment is the location. You are close enough to everything and yet away from the noise of the town centre. This is a great apartment and the sunsets are amazing.

Look no further! Stay at this cosy villa

Nice cosy villa in a calm area of ksamil. Close to restaurants and small supermarkets (even tho the markets is quite expensive in the area). Close to several beaches. Room with everything you need for a stay. You shower more or less on top of the toilet but there are tools to get rid of the water afterwards. Nice garden!

Not plenty of space in the room, we managed well but if you like more space you might be troubled about it. Know there are bigger rooms too

Better than expected!

Great location! 5min walk from where everything happens, but just off the main road and therefore a lot quieter. Super spacious, neat, light! 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, powerfull shower and a nice livingroom/kitchen. Communication with owner was very good, she was always there to help.

Netjes appartement op een mooie locatie!

Heel dichtbij de meeste stranden. Paradise beach was ongeveer 2 minuten lopen. Appartement was schoon en netjes. Je kon de auto op het terrein daar goed parkeren wat heel fijn was.

1 van de 3 slaapkamers was in de woonkamer/keuken. Was fijn geweest als dat apart was.

Netjes en functioneel appartement in zeer toeristisch rommelig stadje

Het appartement was functioneel ingericht met fijne bedden, een aangenaam (gedeeld) terras en is netjes. Het ligt net buiten het drukke hart van Ksamil (waren er in laagseizoen) maar alles op loopafstand bereikbaar. Het uitzicht over de andere hotels naar de bergen is ruim. De hosts waren vriendelijk en gaven alle ruimte. De stenen vloeren en betonnen muren, maken dat het appartement wel erg gehorig is.

Ksamil is een zeer toeristische plek. Overal wordt gebouwd en snoeihard gewerkt om meer stromen toeristen aan te kunnen. De strandjes zijn opgespoten (zand en grind gemengd). Vrijwel overal wordt verwacht dat je bedjes huurt. Advies van de locals, zorg dat je er niet bent in juli en augustus vanwege het massatoerisme. Het 'romantische' social media beeld dat wordt geschetst komt niet overeen. Het is vol, heel vol en rommelig.

Mooiste apartement dat we hebben gehad in Albanië. Heel goed uitgerust. Mooi uitzicht en balkon en nog een tuin, wat fijn was voor de kinderen.

Niets. Het was vanuit de advertentie niet helemaal duidelijk of er 3 slaapkamers waren of dat er bedden in de woonkamer/keuken stonden. Dit was wel het geval, maar zo’n grote ruimte dat het niet storend was.

For this price I expected a better accommodation.

The room was cool as it was well-shaded and ground floor, so we didn't need an air-con. It was easy to park the car and the room was easily accessible. The beaches are very close and the city centre is also within walking-distance.

Very small room, there is hardly any place even for your luggages. The air-con on the neighbouring building is a bit noisy. The room is in the back of a building looking at a garden wall. There was no lamp for reading only one on the ceiling. One has to pay in cash, card payment is not available.
