Really nice, relaxing stay in a perfect location with lots of beautiful beaches and restaurants.

Super location, very close to everything, town, beaches, restaurants and bus. Lovely, decent, honest and helpful family who run the apartments. Fairly good kitchen facilities if you wish to cook yourself, however there are lots of very cheap restaurants in the area and I am sure many people will not use the kitchen. Nice balcony and view (third/top floor).

The apartment was a little light on storage ie drawers for clothing, also probably could have done with a few more decent hangers. Whilst it was perfect for us, I was there with my wife and because I snore my wife slept in the bedroom (double bed) whilst I slept in the reception area which consisted of a reasonable sized living/dining/kitchen area which contained two single beds. This may be a consideration depending on the family dynamic or group you are sharing with as the two singles are not in a self contained bedroom but shared space. Our room was third storey which was no problem as we are both reasonably fit, active people in our early 60s and the flights of stairs were not too taxing, however others may wish to consider or require a ground or lower floor.

The apartment had everything we needed. It was very close to the center and the beaches. The place was very clean. The amenities offered in the garden were nice. Transportation was easy. The host was very attentive and kind. We enjoyed our vacation freely. We were very satisfied. Definitely recommend it!

Great facilities and location. Very helpful recommendations for local beaches, restaurants and bars which meant our trip was perfectly organised. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Lovely apartment in a great location with helpful hosts.

We stayed in a lovely apartment which is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the garden. We never really used the kitchen as we found it cheaper to eat out. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and informative and the free parking was a great benefit as this is a busy area and parking is at premium. One of the major advantages of this apartment is the location. You are close enough to everything and yet away from the noise of the town centre. This is a great apartment and the sunsets are amazing.

Look no further! Stay at this cosy villa

Nice cosy villa in a calm area of ksamil. Close to restaurants and small supermarkets (even tho the markets is quite expensive in the area). Close to several beaches. Room with everything you need for a stay. You shower more or less on top of the toilet but there are tools to get rid of the water afterwards. Nice garden!

Not plenty of space in the room, we managed well but if you like more space you might be troubled about it. Know there are bigger rooms too

A nice apartment near Ksamil beach.

The apartment was nice but no central heating only air-con which was noisy. The beds were comfortable. Location was okay. We liked the little garden in the front.

Better than expected!

Great location! 5min walk from where everything happens, but just off the main road and therefore a lot quieter. Super spacious, neat, light! 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, powerfull shower and a nice livingroom/kitchen. Communication with owner was very good, she was always there to help.

Perfect location, very clean and cosy apartment! Wonderful place , very close to all beautiful beaches. Rooms are equipped with everything necessary. Comfortable individual parking.Thanks a lot to the hospitable hosts for a wonderful stay for our family!

For this price I expected a better accommodation.

The room was cool as it was well-shaded and ground floor, so we didn't need an air-con. It was easy to park the car and the room was easily accessible. The beaches are very close and the city centre is also within walking-distance.

Very small room, there is hardly any place even for your luggages. The air-con on the neighbouring building is a bit noisy. The room is in the back of a building looking at a garden wall. There was no lamp for reading only one on the ceiling. One has to pay in cash, card payment is not available.

Really liked the location. Just two minutes from several beaches, Paradise beach being one of the nicest. Huuuge terrace on the second floor with table and chairs to enjoy your breakfast. New beds. Overall would recommend the appartment.

The apartment was big, the location was great and it was really quiet!

The kitchen was not really well fitted. (no paper towels, salt, oil) so if you want to cook you need to get some things! There was also not enough toilet paper for restock! (1 roll is not enough for 3 people who stay 5 days)

it is quite new renovated. the husband of the couple who run ms the property is very friendly and super helpful.

we book 3 bedroom type. it turn out the third room is together with the living room. so there are actually 2 bedrooms with one open area next to living room area called 3rd room. if you need privacy for all three rooms, this is not a good choice.

Good, but check warm water and batteries in TV and air conditioner

We stayed in winter 2023, it is a low season. Maybe that is why there was no warm water. It was so pity. In general the apartment was very good.

The host are really nice people, specially the little boy, so polite and friendly. The place is quite big and it was clean. We stayed for only 1 night and it was perfect, for us. Close to restaurants and beaches.

FANTASTIC!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartament for 10 days, and there is nothing negative I can say. The FAMILY who owns the place is lovely. They smile all the time, and are very friendly and helpful. They greeted us upon arrival, even though it was late at night. They showed us around the apartment, and offered to take my fiance shopping for the essentials on the owner's motorbike, but we decided to wait until the next day. Before we arrived, the daughter of the owner messaged me, as our ferry was late and they were worried if everything was OK, and if we were able to find the place. She kept in touch throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The Dad offered to take us to Sarande and other places in his car, which was very kind, and he took us to the ferry port on our departure day early in the morning, so we didn't have to take a taxi. The APARTAMENT is very spacious and could easily accommodate more than our party of 5. It is situated a short walk from different beaches (we liked Lori beach the best, as we traveled with a small child), markets and restaurants. The place is very clean and comfortable. Each room has a large balcony with a partial sea view, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has a washing machine and the TV in the living room has a good selection of channels and things to watch over the internet, but we didn't use it much. All the essentials are there for the comfortable stay- from the pots, pans, cutlery, different kinds of glasses and coffee mugs, oven, electric stove, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dryer to hang your clothes on, large dining table, coffee table, couches and arm chair, balcony table, wardrobes, dressers, ceiling fans, broom, mop, etc. The beds are also very comfortable. Our 2 y.o. son loved sitting on the owner's motorbike, and every time we walked by, the owner offered to turn it on for him, smiling.

That we had to leave. 🙃
