Located in the center and very clean!!

Perfectly located in the city center and just a short walk from the sea, the apartment was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, with great attention to detail. The staff was kind and welcoming, and a parking space was available. A truly relaxing place to stay

Comfy, friendly stay near beautiful beaches

Friendly and helpful host, great location, easy to park, good size apartment. Shower good pressure and hot and cold water. Good value for money, happy with our stay. Comfortable bed. We were able to check in early as the room was ready, which we really appreciated. Easy to walk to beaches, restaurants, bakeries, shops etc.

Not really a negative... Minimal accessories in the kitchen, but when we asked for things they were quickly provided, perhaps people don't really use the kitchen very often.

The beaches are accessible in just 5 minutes on foot - a real asset when traveling with family. Niko Market grocery store is less than 3 minutes away, making it easy to shop and find everything you need. This proximity to essential amenities makes this place the ideal spot for a successful vacation. ⭐️ Exceptional Hospitality But what really makes the difference are the managers and his wife. They are the true cornerstones of this magical place. Their availability and kindness exceed anything we could have imagined. Whether it’s solving a problem, providing information, or sharing practical advice, they are always there to help you. Their responsiveness is remarkable: physically present on site or reachable via WhatsApp, they systematically respond in less than 2 minutes. Amazing host with great communication. It is very well located, close to local amenities and beach. Clean and comfortable room. Kitchenette well equipped. The host was super friendly and even offered us homemade raki. We ended up staying for extra nights as we liked it so much!

Great place to stay

The host is great and very helpful, the room was very clean as the whole property. Quiet place in the city center, 5 minutes away from the beach. Hope to get back soon.

Pleasant

We didn't have direct sunlight shine at the glass door in the room we were staying, it had a mosquito net and a curtain, the air-conditioning was working and the location of the vila was great - near the town center and also near the beach

The kitchen didn't have any dishsoap, sponge or cloth, and there was a smell of mold coming from the cabinets. You could only shower later in the afternoon when the sun heated the water, and if you didn't make it on time or it wasn't all that sunny outside that day, there was no hot water. And the wifi was barely functional, most of the time it didn't want to connect.

Lovely holiday

We stayed there one week. The hotel and rooms are clean and quiet. There is a lift. Very good location, close to the nearest beaches, town centre. The owner very helpful and friendly. We have had a lovely stay at this hotel. Thank you.

Buen apartamento, céntrico a buen precio ,con terraza

La ubicación es buenísima, en el centro de Ksamil, las personas que lo gestionan fueron muy amables, muy limpio y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. Terraza al exterior. Muy buen precio Estuvimos muy agusto, era octubre y apenas había personas por la calle ni ruidos. Muchas gracias

Дуже сподобався управляючий ,завжди виконував наші побажання швидко і якщо виникала якась проблемна,то швидко з нею розбирався .Гарне розташування на центральній вулиці. До пляжу 5 хвилин . Якщо будемо наступного разу в Ксамілі,то знову зупинимося тут.

Мало посуду,трохи не вистачало.Все інше влаштовувало повністю.

Viesnîcas saimnieks łoti atsaucīgs un laipns! Iedeva labāku numuriņu, kā pienācās! Tas, protams bija saistīts ar to, ka sezona jau noslēgusies, bet tāpat, ļoti patîkami. Istaba plaša ar divām gultām, kur viena no tām divvietîga! Atsevišķi virtuve arī ar divvietīgu gultu! Brīvi var palikt 5 pieaugušie! Virtuve aprīkota ar visu nepieciešamo. Pludmale 2 minûtes

Jestem zachwycona Ksamilem, morze i plaże przepiękne byliśmyjeszcze przed dużym sezonem na początkuwakacji. Dzięki super

Lokalizacja apartamentu przy nowym deptaku - ulica po remoncie, czego nie widać na zdjęciach (miłe zaskoczenie). Do morza 4 min piechotą, deptakiem wśród knajpek, straganów itp. Trzy duże sklepy spożywcze w najbliższej okolicy (w tym dwa na początku ulicy - 1 min na piechotę). Super gospodarze!

Sam apartament czysty, choć w łazience wymieniłabym już sylikon pod prysznicem. Minusem jest słabo wyposażona kuchnia - jeden garneczek, słaba patelnia, jeden mały tępy nóż.

Хороше житло!

Дуже привітний і доброзичливий господар — швидке та зручне заселення, отримав багато корисних порад щодо цікавих місць у місті. Є можливість припаркуватися у дворі, що дуже зручно. У номері чисто й затишно, чудове розташування — близько до моря та центральної вулиці. Рекомендую для комфортного відпочинку!

У номері 14 є кілька дрібних моментів, які варто врахувати. Кріплення душового розпилювача тримається лише на одному саморізі — другий відсутній, через що кронштейн рухається, і сам розпилювач може випадати. До того ж, покриття розпилювача пошкоджене, краї місцями гострі — можна легко подряпати руку. Виправити це нескладно і недорого, але така деталь суттєво впливає на загальне враження гостей. Ще один момент — балконні двері не зачиняються на замок. Це було б не критично, якби балкон був окремим. Але балкон у цьому корпусі — спільний, і ним можна пройти повз усі номери верхнього поверху від сходів та ліфта. Теоретично, будь-хто може дістатися до балконних дверей кімнати, відкрити їх і потрапити всередину. Тому цінні речі доводилося забирати з собою. Сподіваюся, господар не сприйме цей відгук як критику, а як доброзичливу пораду. Після усунення цих недоліків проживання буде ще приємнішим, а гості почуватимуться ще комфортніше і безпечніше.

Хороший, чистый отель расположен на центральной, тихой улице рядом с пляжами (в 4 минутах ходьбы от них) Вокруг рестораны и магазины. Есть собственная парковка на территории отеля. Прекрасные, отзывчивые хозяева. Спасибо им за гостеприимство.

Magníficos días en Ksamil.

El anfitrión fue super amable con nosotras, se preocupó mucho porque estuviéramos bien y nos dio bastantes consejos a la hora de visitar la zona. Además de que nos ofreció Raki casero que estaba riquísimo. Ubicación inmejorable, aparte de poder aparcar en el alojamiento, cosa que se agradece. Desde luego no podríamos haber topado con un sitio mejor.
