Very comfortable beds, very clean, room serviced every 2 days and any issue addressed very quickly. Run by a very friendly accommodating family, where nothing was too much trouble. Great location and quiet. Only a minute's walk to bars and restaurants. Great views from our balcony.

There was nothing not to like really. If I wanted to nit pick, and it really is only something very small, so not really of any consequence, the drying racks on the balcony could not open hardly at all, due to the pillars, however as I said this did not cause any hardship, and it is the only thing I could think of to say as a negative, as it was a great stay.

Great to have a pool and balcony. Fab location close to beach, bar, supermarket. Friendly smiley staff. Great facilities in room with the self catering element which I wasn't expecting- fridge, kettle and even a plu in electric hob. Car parking too.

There was nothing I didn't like. The only thing I will say is the tv in the room felt unnecessary- very small and no channels so might as well take it out. That us not a negative though as why would you want to be sat in your room when visiting.

Amazing Owners

The owners of the hotel were very kind and helpful. They generously provided us with information and recommendations. We also arranged for a taxi pick up through them, we were late on the road, the lady even called the taxi driver to check on our whereabouts.

Nothing major, but it would have been better if the shower had a curtain.

Perfect small hotel in quiet location but near to everything!

Spotless, welcoming staff, gorgeous clean pool, huge room with balcony overlooking the pool. Kitchen facilities that were perfect. Great fridge for nice cold water and wine! Comfy sunbeds. Perfect location on quiet road footsteps from bakeries, restaurants and the supermarket! Felt safe and welcoming. Loved this place.

Great spot!

Great place to stay in Ksamil, a few short minutes walk to the beach but far enough away to ensure a good (quiet!) night's sleep. The pool is lovely and the beers are reasonably priced from the bar there. It's also very nice to relax on the balcony overlooking the sea! The owners made us feel very welcome and the room was clean and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay at Marku Palace.

A good price/ performnce otel

Owners are very lovely, the room was very clean, If you are looking for a 2 bedroom with a small kitchen. You found your room. Market is very close and you can have your own brekfast. Water heater is nice to have coffee. And also refrigirator is working well.

Excellent location - close to the centre, beach and shops but on a quiet side road. Free parking. Friendly and helpful owners. Supermarket just up the road. Lots of restaurants nearby. Fridge and kettle in room.

Lovely stay in Ksamil

Pretty much everything was great. Good room size, big fridge. Close enough to the beach. Loved the balcony. The family who owns it is very nice and kind. Would stay again and I recommend the place a 100%.

The road to the hotel. There’s no blinds, just a simple curtain. The bathroom had just a little light, not powerful enough. One day I left the aircon on in the morning (27° nothing too crazy!) so I could have a coolish room at midday. When I arrived the power of my room was cut. Had to ask to check the fuses. There’s no separation between shower and toilet so everything gets wet, no shower mat either.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay in this family run property. Superb location in Ksamil close to all the activity including the restaurants ,bars and beaches. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable ,as was the entire property. The fridge was a bonus! Swimming pool is a fantastic addition to the property with very comfortable loungers around it..these are not pictured on booking.com. We really enjoyed using the pool when getting away from the hustle and bustle on the main promenade and we had it all to ourselves which was lovely.

Nothing - please be mindful if using Google maps that the accommodation will be found under Marku Soanna rather than Marku Palace. This was the only thing that was a slight inconvenience on initial arrival as the taxi man could not locate the property under the English translated name.

The owners were so kind and friendly, which was incredible. They helped us with rental car recommendations, helped with the many questions we had as clueless tourists and even did the laundry. Also got some nice Raki. Also the shower thingy was broken which they fixed without hesitation. We also had 2 single beds and they easily switched us over to a single double bed room.

Lovely family owned apartment hotel, brilliant location and friendly host.

Christina and family are all lovely and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is brilliant, close to plenty of restaurants and a short stroll to beach and promenade. Good size balcony too which is perfect for a drink before heading out for dinner. Convenient supermarket just around the corner.

Although there are couple of great bakeries a few minutes walk away, the option of a light breakfast would have been lovely. We did book the apartment knowing this was not included, however would most likely have paid extra for breakfast if there would have been the option to do so.
