Definitely would stay here again.

A very clean, spacious, comfortable place to stay. The breakfast basket was fantastic and had homemade jam. Arti was available to help us when we needed anything . The well equipped kitchen had an espresso machine and drinking water. We were able to walk to beaches, restaurants and markets. Had a fantastic stay.

Well designed, quirky house that was so comfortable!

This house was such a gem! It was well designed and quirky. I love it when you step into a property and you know exactly where you are, not some generic ikea design. They clearly love and take care of their space and it was really comfortable. Great for groups and totally walkable. I would definitely return. Arti was great! Communication was great, and he was very sweet with our dogs. :)

Everything was perfect ! We really enjoyed our stay here and even ended up staying longer than expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money, I can definitely recommend it. Thank you very much

Comfortable, lovely house for vacation near the beach

Located 3 minutes of walking from the beach, this house contain everything needed for a nice vacation. The house, surrounded by 360 degrees of flowering balcony, is big and comfortable for a family (or a group of 3-5 people). The host was very nice and helpful and it looks like he really wants his guests yo enjoy their stay!

A very nice place in Ksamil. With a very friendly host and a plenty of room for a family. The place is quite hard to find, so call in advance, and have Arti pick you up from the city center.

Vriendelijke eigenaar en het huisje is op een goede locatie op loopafstand naar zee en horeca!

Een aardige eigenaar van het huis welke zelf op de begane grond woont met zijn moeder. Hij is erg vriendelijk en zorgt dat het naar zin is. Het inbegrepen ontbijt is eenvoudig (een brood met beleg) maar wel met eigen producten uit eigen tuin! De locatie is super en je kan parkeren bij het huis. Je loopt zo naar het strand en de gezelligheid van het dorp met restaurantjes. Wij waren er eind oktober en dan is het plaatsje uitgestorven. Veel horeca is dicht. De mensen op straat zijn wat verdwaalde touristen, de restaurants hebben veel niet meer beschikbaar van de kaart, geen locale specialiteiten. De vriezer met leeg ;) Mooie zeen en witte stranden!

Alles was goed! De keuken kon iets netter maar was voorzien met vanalles.

Maison traditionnelle dans un écrin de verdure

Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la maison. le jardin attenant était très vert et très reposant par rapport à l'animation bruyante de la ville et du bord de plage.

Çok Keyifli!

Öncelikle evin konumu mükemmel. Şehir içinde sessiz sakin bir yer. Neredeyse tüm plajlara yürüme mesafesinde. Şehir içinde olduğu için tüm mekanlar yine yürüme ile 3-5 dakika. Evin içi gayet büyük, 2 yatak odası, 2 banyo, salon ve mutfak var. Her sabah kahvaltı malzemelerini ev sahibi. bırakıyor. En güzeli ise dairenin etrafını çeviren ve sadece size ait olan terası. Evet ev biraz eski ama bizim beklentilerimizi karşıladı. Ev sahibi Ardian ise her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca dilerseniz makul fiyata havaalanı transferi de yapıyor. Teşekkür ederiz Ardian!

Emplacement au calme mais proche de tout. Arti est un homme charmant, attentionné qui a pris grand soin de nous. Logement très propre, agréable et fonctionnel avec deux salle de bain et deux wc dans un jardin magnifique, vert et entretenu. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Guter unkomplizierter Urlaub für die Seele

Sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Arti hat uns von der Fähre in Saranda abgeholt und auch wieder hingebracht. Er hat und tolle Tipps gegeben. Hausgemachte Marmeladen,frisches Brot und was wir uns sonst gewünscht haben, hat Arti möglich gemacht. Schöne traditionelle Unterkunft mit gutem Sichtschutz durch das eingewachsene Grundstück 👌🏻 Das preis-leistungs-Verhältnis war super für 14 Tage. Wir fanden es richtig Klasse, so viel von Arti über das Land und die Geschichte zu erfahren. Das hat man sonst einfach nicht im Urlaub. Es war sehr gemütlich, familiär und unkompliziert. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder weil es sich wie zu Hause anfühlt.

Grüne Oase in Top Lage mit super freundlichem Gastgeber

Sehr große liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung mit toller Terrasse in einer grünen Oase. Arti hat uns täglich mit einem leckeren Frühstück versorgt und stand uns für weitere Fragen und Wünsche immer zur Verfügung.

Teilweise wäre etwas mehr Sauberkeit wünschenswert gewesen.

Úžasná vila, k dispozici jsme měli horní patro s terasou, která obepíná dokola celý obvod domu. Uvnitř veškeré potřebné vybavení plus spoustu drobností, které byste ani nečekali - hudba z iPodu, možnost ochutnat bourbon nebo rakiji z baru, houpačka na terase, plážové ručníky, … Náš pobyt byl ale vyjímečný především díky úžasné pohostinosti Artiho, moc děkujeme za všechno dobré jídlo, domácí džem i zmrzlinu. Toto místo v tak rušném městě jako je Ksamil působí opravdu jako oáza.
