Could better

The breakfast was delicious and well-prepared. The location is right in the city center, but it was remarkable how quiet and peaceful it was. Wonderful.

Rooms and bathroom outdated. The bathroom was far too small, while the living room was uselessly oversized because it was rarely used. We had a ground-floor room with a private terrace next to our room, adjacent to the kitchen where the host prepared breakfast. Unfortunately, the host prioritized other guests, friends, and herself, as our terrace was often occupied by the host or friends. In the morning, we were kindly asked to leave our terrace because a family of five wanted to have breakfast there. This really bothered me, unfortunately. We felt like we had to adjust to accommodate other friends, guests, etc.

Great spot to stay in Ksamil with a family or group.

Lovely setting with a pool and in a slightly quieter area. Property was super clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with equipment. Provided pool towels and a good breakfast.

Great place to enjoy Ksamil without the mayhem

Great garden, with a very nice pool area. We enjoyed the quieteness in the middle of Ksamil’s summer madness. The hostess is really nice and even offered us some fresh figs right from the tree.

We had a fantastic stay at the property—clean, comfortable, and with a lovely swimming pool to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Sara the amazing host and Kela who made us feel truly welcome We had a well-balanced breakfast that was both healthy and satisfying. The portion size was just right—not too much, not too little—which made it feel just right to start the day. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, leaving us feeling energised and ready to go. It was a great experience! Would def recommend

A slice of heaven in Ksamil!

Great sized rooms with comfortable beds. Pool and sitting area were excellent and in great shape. A nice retreat from the busy beaches! Lots of beach and restaurant options within a 5-10 minute walk. Breakfast was cooked to order and very good, with option for hot food like eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast and a cold plate with cereal. We had an early morning departure one day and the team there was able to give us breakfast food the night before. Having the option to use a washing machine was great. The staff was very helpful and always around if you needed anything. Very family friendly!

Great place for a family getaway.

We loved staying at Casa Del Mar. It is well located and offers close proximity to lots of beautiful beaches as well as privacy and convenience of swimming pool. The apartments are just right size. Kitchen is equipped with basic and beds are comfortable. Nothing seems to be a problem for Alexandria and she smiles all the time. Breakfast is sourced from local produce and delicious.

Pool area was stunning very comfortable lounger beds lovely size pool with a cute bar and relaxing music only a 5 min walk from the stunning beaches with clear water and delicious restaurant also right out side there is a lively place you can eat also

Everything it was Perfect. From the location, to the house itself. Alexandra and Beni were one of the best hosts we ever encountered. Very polite and helpful. We were impressed. Thank you for your care and involvement to make our stay the best as possible. We will definitely come back next summer.

Beautiful garden, clean and quiet. Good size swimming pool and water clean. Overall nice villa and close to shops and beach.

Barbecue outside not fully functional, no lights and sink had no water. Electricity was a bit odd in the apartment, once turned on the oven and fan extractor, the electricity went off. Bathroom floor tiles are slippery, so must be careful with young children.

Superb location and property .

If you are looking for a place to enjoy your trip or your holiday I would definitely reccommend this property . Its located close to the beach shore with a 3 minute walk distance . Nice amenities including barbecue and chilling ambients in garden . The Host was very welcoming and kept asking if everything was okay during our stay . Regarding hygiene everything was OK and clean .

Man nennt es wohl Luxusproblem...die nette Gastgeberin Alexandra könnte in der Wohnung für mehr Abstellfläche sorgen und das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Toto ubytování byla za mě perfektní volba. Rajská zahrada v rušném Ksamilu. Perfektní!

Snídaně byla velká, doplněna ovocem a sladkou buchtou. Po celou délku pobytu byly na výběr pouze dva druhy snídaně. Personál byl moc milý a ochotný. Měli jsme terasu s výhledem na bazén, který byl perfektně udržovaný a celá zahrada také. Vše naprosto skvělé, doporučuji.

Různorodost snídaní by mohla být pestřejší. Kvalitě však nic nevyčítám.

De bedden zijn erg verouderd. We hebben alle 4 slecht geslapen. Zeker voor mensen met rugklachten is het niet prettig.

Schönste Unterkunft in Ksamil!

An der Unterkunft hat uns einfach alles gefallen, die beiden Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt. Pool super, Parkplatz am Grundstück. Frühstück sehr gut!!

В цілому апартаменти сподобалися повністю. Все гарно облаштовано, гарний басейн, гарні номера, зручні ліжка, москітні сітки, кондиціонери, і багато дрібниць, які робили відпочинок комфортним. Дуже приємні господарі. Все супер. З незначних недоліків хіба що поганенький wifi і відсутність мікрохвильовки. Але це дрібниці. Тому однозначно рекомендую

Litet, lugnt, mysigt boende med trädgård som gick att nyttja. Perfekt service o trevlig personal! Bra pool, bra solsängar. Läget är perfekt, nära till allt men inte mitt i smeten. Fantastisk frukost. Myggnät, mörkläggning, AC allt fanns. Tvättmaskin du kan nyttja gratis.

Något hårda sängar. Bäddsoffan var ej en bäddsoffa men gick väldigt bra att sova i ändå.

Prachtige kleinschalige accomodatie met mooi zwembad op centrale locatie

Casa del Mar is een kleinschalige accommodatie. De accomodatie en het appartement zijn mooi en netjes onderhouden. De slaapkamers waren groot en de bedden heel comfortabel. Het zwembad is super fijn en netjes. De ligging is heel goed. Op loopafstand van verschillende baaien, winkels en restaurants.

De douche was lastig te bedienen. Het duurde lang voordat het water warm werd. Ook zakte de waterdruk regelmatig weg. Dan duurt het 5 minuten voordat de druk terugkomt waarna het water eerst koud en dan heel heet wordt.

Een heerlijke plek! Het appartement is erg comfortabel en het zwembad met de ligbedden erg fijn. Alexandra en collega zorgen tijdens je verblijf erg goed voor je. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en de kamers en omgeving schoon.

Heerlijke rustige week gehad, bij ontzettende lieve mensen! Alles was fantastisch voor elkaar!

Ontzettende lieve en zorgzame mensen. Het appartement zit aan de rand van het centrum waardoor alles op loop afstand is, maar je geen drukte ervaart. Via de hoofdingang loop je vrij snel naar het strand en via achteruitgang loop je zo de boulevard op naar de bakker en supermarkt.

Heel mooie en verzorgde locatie met fantastische gastvrouw en overheerlijk ontbijt.

We werden super goed ontvangen door een hele vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Onze kamer op de eerste verdieping was makkelijk bereikbaar en we konden handig vlakbij parkeren. De kinderen hebben zich prima geamuseerd aan het mooie (maar in april nog frisse) zwembad, en elke ochtend werden we verwend met een enorm uitgebreid en overheerlijk ontbijt. En dat alles op wandelafstand van het centrum met verschillende super markets en lekkere restaurantjes (restaurant Basilico is overigens een grote aanrader!).

Jammer dat het weer nog net niet warm genoeg was (we gingen begin april) om volop van het zwembad te kunnen genieten.

Mooi appartement met kinderen

Net en ruim appartement en fijne tuin met heerlijk zwembad. Met kinderen is dit helemaal top. Ook heel dicht bij alle stranden van ksamil.

De accommodatie was top alleen het stadje Ksamil vonden wij niet super. Het is volgebouwd met hotels en allemaal heel dicht op elkaar. Wij waren in de herfstvakantie dan is het lekker rustig maar in het hoogseizoen zit je hier wel in de drukte.

Tout était parfait : l'emplacement près de belles plages et du centre, la tranquillité de l'endroit, les appartements neufs et confortables, la gentillesse de notre hôte, et les petits déjeuners copieux au bord de la belle piscine. Je recommande à 100%!
